At the bottom of the front page you'll see a total of seven crew members. Each member of the guilds crew was chosen for verious reason. So to direct PM's to the right crew member this topic will explain there areas of responcibilty.
Recca Hino: Guild Captain, if there are any problems with the guild forum itself PM me.
Raevir: Vice Caption and responcible for all that goes on in The War subforum.
Kikaryu: Sigs. Normally you can talk to him in is topic about them.
Hino Recca: My Alt, same respocibilites as me.
Katlyne: Birthday Monitor. Athough the topic serves no real purpose anymore, she's responcible for keeping it updated.
Slai: Unknown at this time.
Mat: Unknown at this time.
Course each of them can do other things too, but those are the areas they primaraly take care of.
As for why they were chosen:
-Recca Hino: I made the first guild topic, but when the GGN came out I was unable to open this up for some reason, I gave a mod friend the money for it and she opened it for me then turned over the ownership.
-Raevir: Said he wanted to do RP's way back when in the original Guild topic and has been an active member since even if he never did get the RP's going.
-Kikaryu(KnightFourteen): Made the first official Guild sig. Has been active since and made even more sigs with the help of other members.
-Hino Recca: My first user account at Gaia and I felt it needed crew status so I could abuse my powers in eiter log in. My less used Bobby Lauren Taylor account doesn't have crew status though.
-Katlyne: An active member who liked to share useful links. I stuck her with Birthday monitor cause I hadn't thought of anything else for her to do. sweatdrop She's free to come up with another job for herself though.
-Slai: has been around since the original guild, although not the most active she's around more then she's not. It doesn't hurt that I've know her since I first joined Gaia, so she has my trust.
-Mat: A fellow military member and a friend from the GIJoe guild.
-Comic Book Nut: Was an active member of the original guild, but his crew status was revoked cause he hasn't been around much in the GGN.

Okay now that I've expalined what the mods do, here is what you can and can't do:
Rule Number One: Transformers has fans of all ages. DO NOT post topics that would be inappropriate for younger fans. (This action carries an automatic ban from this point on)
Rule Number Two: Cursing, not going to happen. In the spirit of Transformers Slag,Frag, and other such that appeared on Beast Wars is allowed only.
Rule Number Three: Please stick to the subject of the topic you are posting in. IE: Don't a side conversation about Beast Wars when the topic was started about RID.
Rule Number Four: Post must be more then a simple "cool" or "interesting". Say why you find something cool or intersting, otherwise it's spam and the post may be deleted by a crew member. Try to make post at the very least three words long.
Rule Number Five: DO NOT post in all caps. If you're caps lock is stuck hit shift for the rest of the letters. All caps looks childish. Although Transformers fans come in all ages I hope you're all mature enough not to post in all caps.
Rule Number Six: THERE IS NO rule six.
Rule Number Seven: Try not to double post, if you have something to add please edit your first post.
Rule Number Eight: Respect the opinions of others. I do not want to see people being put down for their odd theories or ideas.
Rule Number Nine: Try not to repeat topic. Scroll down atleast the first page, if the topic aready exist, post your new coment there.
Rule Number Ten: As time passes, more sub forums will appear. Please put post in the apropriate Subforum.
Rule Number Eleven: Polls must have something to do with the topics, no polls for gold this isn't spamville.
Break these rules and your name will be added to our Watch list. Each "I" represents a warning you have been given.

Definitions:
Polls for Gold: Polls that have absolutely nothing to do with the topic, or only have one option just to generate extra gold.

THE WATCH LIST:
This list contains members who have been warned. Any member of the crew can warn any guild member. Protest of a warning must be brought to me.
Three "I's" and you get banned for a week. After the week is over you will be invited back, however the cost of rejoining the guild comes out of your poket.
Six "I's" and you will be banned for good.

Yeah, but if I edit a post it still be from the original poster. This way if I add more I don't have to delete what people might of said before. The Admin do things the same way and they have more power then me.

The rules have once again been updated. Maybe I was assuming some things would be too obvious, so a new rule number one has been added.
I will say this again Transformers has fans of ALL ages. I do not not want to see topics that are inappropriate for younger fans.
