So I've been trying to master them for a while now, but I just can't get it! I always fall down before I'm halfway up. I've been working on strengthening those muscles and stuff but I just cant seem to get it. Any tips?

I don't really know, I just go up! um, make sure to balance and practice lots!

For toe rises you really need to use your tummy muscles to keep yourself from flopping over. And yes, you don't just fall - you flop. lol. Also work on your pointing and flexing to help the flexibility of your feet.

you really need to use your ab muscles to make sure you don't fall, you just have to practice a lot
