OK it is inevitable, if you post a rule about not spamming or bumping, some people will think it is OK for them to still do it. If only now and then. Post your advertisements for quests, sale items, requests, if you feel the need to bump, just say hi randomly, or whatever floats your boat, feel free to post it here and not worry about it.
