I decided that instead of PMing me, I will instead post the system here, so that it will help make things easier. Please know that this system can only be used by Espadas (Captains) ONLY! Anyone lower than a Espada are not allowed to use this.
Alright. Here is the interview system that you must always use, when recruiting people. Remember, you MUST interview the person, who wishes to join, first, through PM (the person must PM you first, then you reply with the interview). If that individual passes the interview, you will then PM reply with the Acceptance Guide, to help him/her get started (Please note: Don't just approve ANYBODY. We require individuals, that will vow their loyalty, devotion, cooperation and respect, at LEAST). Once you PM the Acceptance Guide to that individual, you must then PM any one of us captains, along with the name of the person you have interviewed, informing that he/she has passed. From there, we will then send the invite to that person. If the individual wishes to become an Arrancar, then that individual simply needs to follow the instructions within the Acceptance Guide. All in all, use this wisely. Do not be careless or missuse its purpose. Good Luck out there! And do the best recruiting to your fullest!
P.S. For Question one, you must apply a Bleach related quiz question for the person you are interviewing. If you cannot think of any, simply report back to me and I will give one out. Also, please put this entire Interview and Acceptance Guide in your journal, so that you will not lose it and you know where to look. The Interview
Very well then. I need to first give you an interview, to examine how you do, what you know, and how much you are determined, and devoted to join and be a part of our guild. Now let's begin. To start things off, I will ask you a few questions. Please answer them as best as possible.
First Question: Do you have much knowledge of Bleach? If so, how far have you gotten with the episodes? And finally, I need to give you a quiz question to test how much you know. Theoretically speaking, this will test to see what you know specifically. If you do not know the answer, that is fine, but I will need to ask you another quiz question. If by chance, you do not know any of them, after 5 tries, I may or may not excuse it. It will be depending on the other questions, that I will be asking, other than this (if you so happen to get the first one wrong).
(Apply question here)Second Question: Do you have any experience in roleplays? If so, how long have you done so? If you truly had any roleplay experiences, I will ask that you answer with an example of your roleplaying skills. By doing so, this will also test, to see how well your literacy is, how good your grammer is, how well detailed and thorough you are, and how well your strategy skills are. If they are well versed, then that is much encouraged and acknowledged. If moderately decent, that is quite alright. If it is poor or no experienced, as of yet, then depending on the other questions, we may take it to consideration and possibly teach you how to roleplay. When you reply your PM back to me, answer the Second Question with a 1 or 2 paragraph examples of your roleplay skills.
Final Question: This one is sort of hard to judge on an individual because sometimes, we find it difficult if they truly mean what they say. So the answer is neither right or wrong. However, judging by how you respond to this question will somewhat have an effect to our perspective of judgement. So if you truly are trust worthy, and mean what you say, we are holding it to your word. If you so happen as to lie, in order to try and bring us down, we will have no choice but to resort to further actions, enforcing punishment, such as banning out of the guild, or possibly worse, if the situation somehow begins to continue. Please understand this well and do not take this personal, for this is explained to all new recruits and that it is taken as a safety procedure, for all who want to join our guild.
Now, your question is...will you pledge your loyalty to us? Will you obey all laws, that are applied within the guild, including the Gaia TOS rules as well? Will you devote yourself to your squad and the entire guild? Will you listen, understand, and cooperate, without question? Will you honor and respect every fellow members, soldiers (which will most likely be your starting rank), officers, lieutenants, and captains? Will you obey all other ranks above you, and follow every command, without question? Do you, (apply name here), vow to follow these laws? Please PM me when you can, with all your answers and I will examine them all, and see if you are truly worthy to join us. There is no rush. So please take your time until you have thoroughly answered everything. That is all for now.

I have come to a decision. You have passed the interview. Welcome to the SR Elite Squadron! To have you get started, I will help guide you through. Now let's begin. First, head on to the TOC thread, in the main forum section. There, you will learn all the rules, that we enforce. After you have done so, head to the Meeting Hall thread, within the main forum section. There, you will need to post in your introduction and ask which squad you will be assigned in. A captain will soon reply to your post and assign you to your designated squad. If a captain does not do so, within a certain time, that you feel has been too long, please inform any one of the captains, by PMing them, stating your concern. However, if you wish to do it differently, there is another alternative. That is you are welcome to explore each of the squad subforums, to see which squad you would like to join. Some may need to give you a test before you are allowed to choose that specific squad. All in all, those are the two possible ways to have you assigned to a squad.
Once you have been assigned to a squad, you are then welcome to explore your designated squad subforum, along with other subforums, that are applied within the guild, except the Grand Hall. If you wish to create an RP character profile, in order to participate in RPs and such, please be sure to post it in the Basic Info thread, which is located in the main forum section. The thread will be called "Basic Info", just in case you have a difficult time finding it. It's a simple title lol. As an extra, I have also created a Kido Spell System thread (for Soul Reapers only), within the main forum section. There, you can learn how to apply your Kido settings, by reading the rules and what is required.
However, on the other hand, if you wish to be an Arrancar instead, then head to the "Hueco Mundo ~ Lord Aizen" subforum. Once you are in there, go to the Rules thread, and examine the rules thoroughly. Next, you then need to go to the Ranks thread, to examine how the ranking system works. And lastly, go to "Lord Aizen's Quarters" thread and post both your introduction and ask which Espada group you will be assigned to. Aizen will do his best to reply to your post and assign you to your designated Espada group. Or an Espada (captain) can also reply to your post and assign you to your designated Arrancar Squad (Espada Group), thus giving you your birth rank. If an Espada does not do so, within a certain time, that you feel has been too long, please inform any one of the Espada, by PMing them, stating your concern. However, if you wish to do it differently, there is another alternative. That is you are welcome to explore each of the Espada subforums, to see which Arrancar Group you would like to join. Some may need to give you a test before you are allowed to choose that specific group. All in all, those are the two possible ways to have you assigned to an Arrancar Group.
Once you have been assigned to an Arrancar Group, you are then welcome to explore your designated Espada subforum, along with other subforums, that are applied within the guild, except the Grand Hall. And once again, if you wish to create an RP character profile, in order to participate in RPs and such, please be sure to post it in the Basic Info thread, which is located in the main forum section. The thread will be called "Basic Info", just in case you have a difficult time finding it. It's a simple title lol. And that is pretty much everything. Again, welcome to the SR Elite Squadron! We hope you fit in well with the family.
