This is a private roleplay for Sabin Duvert's Firestorm (colt), Sabin and Lady Evelyn Nyht's Windstorm (filly), Kamiki and caranfirithwen's Vortex (filly).
In the mountains safe in Balrog and Stormwild's Wind Herd.

 She was picking her front hooves up high as she pranced on ahead of her little sister. She was in high spirits, why not show it to the world? She talked over his shoulder as they plodded along. "Today we're suppose to play with Uncle Firestorm. Da' said he'd be around here somewhere."
She turned on a dime and pranced a few steps backwards. Her purple eyes were bright with laughter and joy which bubbled over with a small nickering laugh. Wild Wind had explained that their uncle was their age, but he was blessed with the horn and tail of the wondrous Unicorns. It'd be a very bad idea to play that head butting game against him. But they'd been strictly ordered to stay in the foal grounds since both parents were trusting enough to leave them alone this time. How boring!

Firestorm trotted across the wide alpine meadow with a swish in his fuzzy colt-tail. His opinion of his father's strict instructions to stick to the foallands was met with equal frustration. He was confident on his (spindly) legs, and even could make quick little flights (okay, maybe more like glides) on his developing wings. Father told him that he should practice daily so that they could grow big and strong - and someday be as skilled of a flier as Balrog.
Balrog was on patrol today, and didn't have the time for more lessons today, so he was supposed to meet and play with his nieces, Windstorm and Vortex. The colt was skeptical about playing with two fillies... but they had his father's blood... so maybe they wouldn't be THAT bad.
He crested the short grassy hill and saw the forms of two soquili about his size: one pale, the other dark and painted.[/color
((Adding a note here as of Jan 4, 2009: since it's been quite a while since this RP had any activity, I'm going to go ahead and consider it inactive.
