I have a question. I have a dress that I got a couple years ago, I would wear it, but its a little plain looking, I am wondering what I could do, or add to it to try to make it look nicer?
I will post a picture of the dress later. I have to get a new camera first though.

You could embroider or applique a cute design on it. Add some ribbon, bows, lace... I'd probably go to the fabric store and just pick up some cute braid or trim that went well with it and sew it around the hem, sleeves, and collar if you *can* do that with the style of dress. You could also do something as easy as wearing it with a belt.

Go look at trims, and maybe play with the idea of some iron ons. Ribbon and lace might do the trick.

it kinda depends on how the dress is, if it has straps, no straps, or just a dress with those short sleeves, but you could add some ribbon,laces, or designs with rhinestones smile good luck!! mrgreen
