This rp is based of the Symphony of the Night version of Castlevania. As of now it takes place in Lord Dracula's castle. The forest and the village below the castle are also open for settings.

Ok, I'm starting this RP. So, everyone can join in when they are ready. Here goes...
Deep within the countryside of Valachia, the black forest was home to the newly risen demon castle, Castlevania. From its precarious precipice overlooking a steep ravine below, the castle perched ominously in the moonlight. The air was deathly still, cold, and quiet. There seemed to be no life inhabiting the surrounding area of the castle.
Within the walls of the demonic fortress, the Dark Priest Shaft surveyed the world below, looking at it with disgust.
"It will not be long now..."Shaft smiled, "Soon the Belmont will come to try his hand at stopping our Lord. And verily he shall fail. Thanks in part to the spell I invoked, our master will soon have a flesh and blood body. Once I offer his host in sacrifice upon the altar of Chaos. The boy eluded me momentarily, but he shall come again, I possess his only means of safe passage home. He is stranded. All is as planned. Soon, Count Dracula will come to purify this corrupt world with the searing flames of chaos...."
Dreamis was sitting by the window looking out. Her little pet bat landed on her shoulder. She smiled and gave him little chunks of meat and blood. "Why do you talk out loud like that? It makes you sounds senile" she said looking over at him. She had her pet in her hand. His name was little Vlad. She was rubbing his tummy and he was making little squeaky noises of enjoyment.

I might join in on this one too, it's been a while since I took part in anything.
The demon lord's castle loomed ominously in the distance, Wrapped in blankets of thick fog and seated within a forest of eternal night. A true gauntlet for any vampire hunter to run. However the man who stood on a plateau adjacent to the castle was no ordinary Vampire hunter.
Richter Belmont stood watching a swirling cluster of bats as they screeched and fluttered past him, circling the small village of Vosa within a few laps and stopping to congregate around the steeple of the church. Then they left, twisting and bending the steel crucifix at the top of the steeple so it now looked crooked and shriveled.
The cluster of bats swept past Richter again violently and made their way back to the demon lord's castle. Still the hunter watched them patiently, fastening his Vampire Killer whip into the holster on his belt and taking stock of his other weapons; axes, knives, vials of holy water and a sword that were also attached to various belts on his person. Richter looked at the whip and smiled to himself.
"Back again are we?" He questioned the cluster of bats circling the castle with a hint of mockery in his voice. "I suppose once wasn't good enough." he walked slowly away from the plateau and towards a horse that he had prepared. After he had saddled up on the horse he cast another look back at the castle.
"Nothing quite like doing a good job twice." Richter mused flatly, he then left the outskirts of Vosa and made his way on horseback into the dark forest that lay outstretched before the demon lord's castle.
