Under construction...
I apologize if this sits around for a long time without me finally getting around to typing up all the necessary information, but it will at least give people a place to post requests for cert changes/updates and uncerted images for lions I've colored if anybody doesn't feel comfortable PMing me for such things.
((Eventually I do plan on trying to open up customs a bit more often, but not until I get a little more caught up on growths.))
