"Please, ignore her," Sashta requested politely. Dumb girl was always getting in the way. Ran didn't seem to mind such words, infact she didn't even seem to hear her mother. She was too busy, and perfectly content, gnawing on her own tail, that by some miracle she'd managed to get a hold of.
Reicher! She should call Reicher. The pack would be fun for a little while without the two of them. It wasn't as if any of them were dumb enough to try and run away now or anything.
Lifting her head, she howled briefly; loud enough for him to hear.

Reicher had been napping by himself, being crowded by pupping and generally mauled. Especially by the pink one. Damn that pink one. He raised his head as he heard Sashtas howl, throwing off his spawn and merrily heading for the female alpha. What could she want?
Picking up another scent on the air, a younger female. That was odd, although he hadn't quite made a point of meeting everyone on a personal level yet. As soon as he spotted Sashta and went up to nuzzle her, his pupiless eyes looking over to Rasine. "Whossis?" He questioned.

Razzy had waited, somewhat impatiently for Reicher to arrive. The adolescent had had a small amount of experience with alphas and barely much more with a pack, and she wanted to do her best to impress him. So, the young female sat, her head lower than Sashta's and Reicher's, wondering what she ought to do.
Why hadn't she paid attention to her mother those many months ago? When the older wolf had been teaching her exactly how to act around alphas. Why?
Sashta was an alpha, sure, but she had such a relaxed way about her and Razzy couldn't help feeling comfortable and safe when the other female was around.
Something about Reicher's eyes caught her off guard, however, and she had to bite her tongue to keep from asking about them when he came near. Quick... a distraction...
...anything...
"I'm Razzy," she introduced herself, smiling unsurely from Reicher to Sashta, "Well, Rasine, actually. Razzy for short."

"Yes, Reicher, this is Razzy. My good friend Razzy." In the words 'good friend' was also one of those Sashta warnings she cleverly hid, but somehow made obvious at the same time, if only to Reicher. It said 'be good' without her having to. It wasn't something she used so much anymore, but this was very important so the tactic was temporarily pulled from retirement.
"She's very excited to meet you," she added as an after thought, for good measure, and it wasn't a lie. "Ran likes her very much." The puppy yipped her approval, but quieted down when she recieved a glare from her mother.
Adults. Eesh...

The Alpha viewed Rasine with criticizing eyes. This young female, she was rather... chipper. And perky. And happy. But he took heed of Sashtas warnings, knowing that tone of her voice and that he would probably get scolded if he did anything she didn't like. But.. this wolves attitude, her demeanor, it wasn't the average. That didn't bother him too much, however. A grin coated his maw, large, brilliantly white teeth beaming past his black chops.
"Oh really now, Razzy? I'm Reicher. Wolves, they just call me Reicher. Or Master." That added a wiggle of his furry white eyebrows, very much amused. His bone pierced ears perked up, and he leaned forward to get a better look at her, his skull necklace hanging around his neck. "You know, I bet I could eat you, silly duckling. And it wouldn't hurt too much."

Excited? Well, that was one word for it. Honestly, Razzy was nervous. Which was saying a lot. It usually took a large amount of anything to make her wince. The young wolf just wanted so badly to make a good impression that she was actually willing to behave, for once.
...Atleast, for now...
"Its nice to meet you, Reicher," she nodded, unable to hold in a laugh when he wiggled his eyebrows.
"Hurt you or me?" she questioned. Her tone was light and friendly. Razzy was taking a chance; wondering about his sense of humor.

Razzy had behaved just as expected, and it pleased the female alpha to have predicted her reactions so well. This was going well. Hopefully, it'd stay that way. Other than their puppies, she couldn't remember anyone acting this way at first meeting with Reicher.
She was old, though, so maybe her memory was failing her. He was taking it well, she mused, watching the both of them carefully, and occassionally glancing at Ran to make sure she didn't wonder too far.

"Either way is good for me." He said with a feline like purr, a skill which he had attained a long time ago. "I tried to eat puppies once. Maybe the older they are, the easier they are to catch." Reicher appeared to be pondering this, considering and calculating momentarily how low it would take for her bones to compress in his jaw so they could fit down his stomach as well as many other factors. It was quite obvious he was deep in thought, although the wolf was always thinking at a million ideas per second.
The Alpha shook his pelt, looking back to Razzy then to Sashta. He honestly had a sense of humor, but he believed that being funny just for the purpose of being funny was stupid. If it happened, it happened, and usually by mistake. Reichers generally impression of this girl, however, was that she was the norm. But Sashta liked her, and that meant a lot. But Sashta usually liked younger girls. Perhaps that's why she got pregnant.
Damned womb.

Was he serious?
Razzy, whose expressions and feelings were almost always clearly displayed on her face, wore a look of disbelief and wariness but at that some time, interest. He was a surprise. She'd never met a wolf like him, before. Granted, she hadn't met many wolves.
What was he thinking? She studied him for a few moments, trying as hard as she could do figure out what was going on inside of his head.
"I'd prefer it if we didn't try and find out which would hurt more..." she wasn't joking this time, and she sounded serious but there was no trace of fear in her voice, just a general lack of appeal towards the idea. Perhaps she acted to soon by tring to make a joke of it. Perhaps not. After all, she had thought he'd been joking in the first place.
Had thought. Now... she wasn't so sure.
The adolescent turned to Sashta and smiled unsurely at the other wolf, hoping she might have something to add.
For once, Razzy couldn't come up with anything to say.
