 Rikora splashed down into the water, hoping to find something entertaining to do. It had been a while since his last swim, and he loved the waters of the sea more than he loved the land he can breath in. It also took him a long time to travel by the shores, since he came from the mountains. His winged 'sister', Reverie, had always told him to look for something much more worth the time than missing his beloved sea. As if Rev can understand...Well, she loves the skies just like I miss the ocean, but...It's so different...She can soar in the sky anytime she wants and stay there until she feels like coming down... Swimming back up to surface for a gasp of air, he peered back up at the shores where he left his nephew, Velocium. The little kit was snoozing around like always, and had curled up, a bubble blowing from his nose becoming bigger....Then smaller...Bigger...smaller...He had to chuckle. He couldn't help it, it was just ... adorable.

Amaya calmly flicked her tail back and forth as she treaded through the water, blowing bubbles. As a thought of her sentinel duties flashed through her mind, she grumbled drly. There were more than enough sentinels and she could miss a day of work. She saw little Vel snoozing, but a male with...bubbles seemed to be watching over him.

Rikora noticed someone staring at him...Someone with a flashy tail...He couldn't help but suddenly turn a little red. He was a little bold enough to take Vel to the beach to look for new shells for his collection, but now his crush had come as well... He put on a rather cheerful face and called after Amaya. "Hey there! Came out for a swim?"

Amaya looked over to the sound of the noise, she slowly swam her way towards the noise. What was his name, Riku? Riko? Then the name came to her,Rikora! Reverie's relative! She composed herself for a moment and said in a soft tone "As a matter of a fact yes...You're...Rikora yes?"

Feeling a little more content today, he felt so much warmer inside. She had remembered him..."The one and only. And you, of course, must be Amaya...?" Rikora was softened and calmed by her voice. It was like the sea: strong, but soothing...One of the many things that made him feel so reassured and fascinated about her.

"The one and only" Amaya said with a slight grin. The waves from the wind increased slightly and a huge wave splashed over the three of them.

Rikora splashed his head up again, getting a bit off oxygen before the waves washed over them. "Silly me-Well, that was refreshing...Right? " He noticed the Velocium hadn't been on shore anymore, but was sleeping on is head. "Hey...! Come on, get up, you'll get washed away! You alright, Amaya?" He suddenly filled his cheeks with a light reddish tinge when he realized he had spoke so un kindly to her. "Um, I mean, of course, uh, are you okay?"

Amaya lurked under the water and sighed. Even if her luck WAS pretty good, still at times like this she just wished it would kick in when she needed it, not when she was doing fine. She rose as she heard Rikora's voice. "Ehh I'm fine Rikora. I can breath underwater, remember?"

'A-Ah, right." Of course. He jsut embarassed himself, forgetting he was dealing with a fish-ie fafner...an extremely beautiful one to be more precise. "Hey, wake up, Vel...you can't sleep while you're swimming!" He splashed a little bit of the water at Velocium as the little one shook off the incoming water. "Come on, swim with us, Vel, it might be better than sleeping 24/7, right?" Ugh. He made himself look bad again. Us, did I just say...?

Amaya prodded Vel with her nose "C'mon love, wake up. I'll help you find some sea shells in the water." Odd, Rikora kept freezing up and he was turning a peculiar shade of red. She glanced into his face "Are you okay, mate? You're turning kinda red..."

"Oh? Yeah, I'm fine, Amaya..."
"Mnaah...? Sea shells, where?!" Velocum smiled and began to look around. "Ah, right! we're at the ocean!"
"Of course, silly you! Uncle is going to sit by the shore to get some rest though, all right?" A familiar soft nudge on the back signalled to Velocium to have all the fun time he wanted. Of course, no other uncle could be this kind, right?
"Yay!" Rikora nodded his head to the both of them and started swimming to the sandy beach, laying his head down under the cool shade. Velocium watched him swim away, and cheerfully swam onto Amaya's back. "Big Sister Amaya, Big Sister Amaya! Where should we look first?"
It was such a long time since he last came to the beach. His parents would say no, but Uncle Rikora would always offer to take him here. Every time, they both would always find some kind of nice shell and take it back home, but Dad would always tell him to forget about it... But after meeting Amaya-nii-chan, he could say that it was like it seemed she was his older sister or something. She was always so nice to him, and Uncle has been so tired these days...

"Hold on tight, luv" Amaya dove under the water and glanced around looking for something special. Spotting something shiny she dove for it and tried dragging it up towards the surface but it was extremely heavy. She popped up and sighed "Rikora, can you help me with this? I'm extremely sorry to bother you."

"O-Of course! No problem at all, really, I'll be glad to help..." Rikora dived in after her, and knew what she was aiming for. Really, the both of them are like siblings after all.
"color=slategray]Ahh, wait for me, Uncle!" Diving after his uncle, Velocium took a deep breath and went under the water with him. Controlling his air was only difficult after a while, and if he needed air, he would always go back up for air, and try again. But it certainly was beautiful down here when he had the time to look around. He turned back to Rikora and noticed him beckoning him to help out. Velocium swam deeper after it, and pulled it with his uncle.
This is heavier than I thought it's be......But...I have to keep trying-! No time to think! Just keep swimming, just keep it up...! He pushed it closer and closer to the surface, bubbles slowly beating him there. Almost...almost... Air...Precious oxygen greeted him as he coughed a bit, Vel trying to keep the object from sinking. He held onto it tighly, but swam for the beach, dragging it along after him. He could barely keep his neck at sea level, so why not rush? Well, he should just be sure.... "It's this, right...?" Being sure didn't hurt at all....maybe. At least he could breath now..
