Suggerimento da il Mondo is an island near the south point of the continent. Nicknamed "Tip of the World" because of it is the most southern piece of land in the area. Just recently colonized, it because a great source of cocoa and other humid-dependant crops. Even though it is very disperse population, with side fields of crops, they are very hardy people, and don't mind loosing their crop to protect their land.

A long time ago, she'd designated the rocky outcrop as her own little haven; she'd made sure no one else knew of it and that if they did happen upon it, they were driven off. She wasn't aggressive or territorial by nature and usually didn't mind sharing her space, but this one place, she would not allow to be divided between herself and another. The jut was high enough that she ocean spray didn't drench her completely, but low enough that she could still feel the cool, salty breeze in her hair. Fish were abundant, as were other sea critters, and they too seemed to like her hideout for a home. But they, unlike humans, she allowed to stay. It was the perfect spot to watch a sunset or sunrise from, and even better, was that there was a small overhang that served as a sort of umbrella for the outcrop. This usually managed to protect those below from the elements of the weather, so rain or shine, it was a tranquil alcove that provided much needed alone-time.
L2 - 007, as people knew her by, had curled up against the rocky wall, flute in one hand, watching rainbow-colored fish streak past in the waters. A small smile creased her face at the tiny scales that flashed with all the colors man-kind knew of; they were precious really, the way they darted hither and thither, looking for all the world, like they were playing a game of tag. Now if only people could be like that...She lifted her flute and placed the mouthpiece next to her lips, adjusted her fingers, and blew gently. A soft, mellow note resonated from the thin, metal instrument. Sea birds on the cliffs nearby fell silent as this sudden intrusion on their own cries.
As she played, L2 - 007 waited. It usually didn't take long for Him to appear whenever she called, and like always, He was right on time. A giant, catfish - brown and burgundy, with large patches of bronze and muddy black - soon suddenly appeared, hovering as though suspended in front of the flutist. He was swaying with the melody that was His summon, His great eyes closed in rapture. But unlike before, L2 - 007 didn't stop playing. Instead, she moved on to another piece and He understood she'd merely called for Him to keep her company. The fish lowered Himself to settle on the ground, wrapping his long tail around His latest charge, and contented to listening to the music.

Shina entered the waters around the island. It hadn't taken as long as she had thought, but it was still a strain on her muscels. She looked to check on her partner, he was still visible. Who is this man? During that thought she started to choke, the charm was wearing off. In alarm she swam to the surface in a heartbeat and ripped off the necklace, tossing it into the water as she inhaled the salty air. Looking around she spotted a cave not to far away, excellent. She started to swim over towards the safe place.

The man continued to follow her silently. He seen the cave and smiled. 'Looks like she found a spot now.' He thought as he trailed behind her.

The young woman entered the cave and quickly foudn a dry ledge to rest upon. Her whole person ached from the overuse, she had never swam around the sea for that long of a distance before. It took more effort than she would have though to convince her body to stretch out as to not damage any muscels. She took her time, starting with her toes and ending with her neck and face. It wasn't until she was done and the man had entered behind her that she spoke, "Who are you?"

He emerged and stood against the side of the cave with his arms crossed. It seemed he was not too fatigued by swimming. "Who am I?, I guess I should tell the whole story then... My name is Rukku I am the Artic Assassin. I learned from water kingdom at a young age, You might say I was a prominent student to say the least. Learning the elements I exceeded and used water's non liquid forms. Ice, Snow, and Mist... They seen how deadly it could be and banished me in an ice cavern prison. I only sharpened my skills to master the different forms of water. The parts they don't teach in the kingdom due to if a rebellion would occur it would be mass bloodshed." He turned his head to look at the water and continued.
"I had to survive and teach myself...I am 19 I spent 6years in the cavern break ice to have water to live off of. Just me and the element. You might say I had nothing but water in all forms for 6 years. I finally found a way out just last year. I spent this last year wandering to all kingdoms and learning what has happened." He moved his hand as water lifted up forming an ice blade in his hand. "Now you tell me who you are, It is only polite" His plan was simple yet it is easy to figure out. Before it is over water will seek him out. He will be waiting.

Shina felt almost guilty as her brain racked through all the possible responses. He did tell the truth, I think. Her brain reasoned. But my truth, is it really safe in the hands of a stranger? Possibly part of the truth, the rest later? She decided on the second portion with a twist that would take away her guilty concience. "I am known as Shina. I'm no one of importance, raised in a small town where everyone knew everyone else." She thought of all else she could add. "I was given a large task when I was around 18, had to take care of many...animals and crops all on my own." She shrugged. "I hated it, it was overwhelming and I discovered that people where going to harm me just because I cared for these animals. So I disappeared. I trained to be a Dervish, and now I am. I've been wandering around the countries, belonging to no element as I am. I tried to help fire before they turned murderous, now I'm not sure what to do." She finished softly. "However, I feel compelled to say that my story is not quiet accurate, forgive me when I say that some things I do not feel I should say as of yet."

He smiled at her and moved the blade towards her in a swift motion. The blade shifted into a rose as he let go and it would begin to fall as a crystal like rose. "Ice is as deadly as a blade and as harmless as the rose. It depends on the person not the element. As I held stuff from you also so it doesn't matter much." The rose hit the bottom of the cave and shattered into pieces.

She raised her brow, she was not surprised. His appearance and attitude from what she could tell was something she could get used to, he was a little bit of a challenge and she loved a good challenge. "So my new companion, would you like to tell me why you attacked my ship and then followed me?"

He turned at her words and smiled. "I was going to get their attention and kill a few... But you popped up and burned it up so I followed you innocent people would float even with the ship iced yet fire will surely burn them. So tell my why did you burn the ship?" He turned the question to her easily shifting the position to her. Whoever she is he had to find out a couple things. "Useless questions can wait, Tell me who are Water allied with? I already have a few ideas." He said shifting he would rest soon cause night would be falling sometime.

She glared off in space as she thought of the alliances. "These fools are stupid..." She murmered before turning her cold gaze towards the man. "They're going against the natural order with things. Water allied with fire though they have been known enemies for centuries, and air with Earth." She spoke through her teeth in her anger. "They're disrupting the natural balance of things!"

He turned at her words with a small smile. "Ah The kingdoms may fall but the elements will not... I am going to head to the Fire kingdom, Our paths might cross again." He turned and dived into the water swimming in the direction of the fire kingdom. He would have to take land before he got there but this was easier to go undetected for the time being.

Great, just great! Her mind shrieked at her. He's gone already and it was completely pointless even talking to that jerk. She was steamed. But she knew better than to get carried away with her anger as she let out a sigh. Outside it was growing dark, the water in which her legs were dipped in was growing cold. It's almost time for the winters eve ball, she thought dreamily. I think maybe it's about time that I made my presence known... She left for the capital city immediately

Seifer's eyebrows furrowed as his binoculars reflected the distant landscape of Suggerimento Da Il Mundo. It seemed to be a vast expanse of crop fields with some buildings dotting the landscape from beach to beach. Seeing the common pattern of plant and tiny structure brought up fond memories of Seifer's previous campaign to the earth nation. "I suppose actually bringing about world famine might be a bad thing," he smirked as he lowered his binoculars and leaned against the railing of the ship. "I can't suggest such a location anyway. It is a surface territory, but unfortunately it is a bit remote. Travel time would be too great a concern. Still, destroying one of the few remaining crop reserves might heavily implicate our nation. That is saying quite a bit despite how poor our reputation had shown though at the meeting."
After a deep, disconcerting breath, Seifer signaled to the helmsman with arm raised high above his head. "Get us out of here.", He called out before dropping his arm back to rest on the guide rail. He looked up at the sky trying to get his mind off of this uncomfortable reconnaissance mission. The muggy sea air was abhorrent, and his deck hand disguise was far from comfortable. The indignation left Seifer far too preoccupied to want to watch as the island was to vanish to the horrizon in the endless sea. His now probably less than inconspicuous little junker's marathon took a turn back to the east as it would eventually round the southern most ends of the mainlands.
