The sun was up high, there was a slight breeze, and not a single cloud in the sky... what more could anyone ask for? Well, at least that was his though for a short while till the lizard showed up again. "I GOT YOU" came the shout from an odd looking colt as he chased after the lizard. He had seen it earlier, and grew more frustrated the more it dodged him. He wanted to have a closer look at the darned thing, and had to keep trying.
He kept his focus on the lizard keeping his head low that he didn't have a chance to notice the fast approaching tree. A loud thump could be heard, followed by a few falling leaves. Sitting now under the tree with a dazed look on his head, he rationalized what had just happened. Staring at the roots of the tree he noticed a seemingly small hole.
"I'm gonna get you one way or another" he grumbled angrily as he began to paw at the ground in hopes of getting to the proze inside. After a few tries and discovering the dirt can move faster back then he can take out he figured out it wouldn't work. Looking around the tree it left only one more option... "You'll have to come out bugger" he mumbles into the hole before laying down next to it, eyeing it.
