At my gas station, we have 3 people in high command; Keith, the manager. Betty, Assistant Manager, and Peggy, Lead-Hand.
They've all been working there for a long time, and I've been there for a year and a half now, so I am the 4th most experienced person at the station, which means if the 3 of them aren't around, I have to deal with issue's if they come up.
Plus I get a bonus 15 cents a hour to my pay when I train people, and I will be getting my own set of keys, as well as I have my own closing/opening key to the front door.
No pressure, right? D=
I got 3 people under me, so if I work with them, I gain a extra 15 cents a hour since I have seniority over them. I'm 4th in command, under the management team. Cripes, I'm SO totally not paranoid.
Least I feel important now. :3

Thats awesome. More monies and authority. Wich is cool cuz you can make people do stuff.
I was a supervisor once it's good but at the same time if someone was incompetent it was my fault I'd have to clean up after them.
