I doubt Naruto will have no ending.
But I think www.onemanga.com is better. They usually have the popular manga like Bleach and Naruto up same day as Japan except in english. As far as watching Shippuden episodes, www.aninaruto.com is a good site to watch them. They have all the episodes up to date.
