PIERROT LYRICS
I'm creating this topic because one of the things most made me love Pierrot so much was Kirito's lyrics... They are really well done and lots of times criticizing the system, or USA... and you have to read between the lines sometimes... His lyrics are full of meaning, and double-meaning.
So.. I'll post some of the lyrics I have, and I hope you also do it, if you have Pierrot lyrics too. (I apreaciate both translation and Roma-ji) As I get my lyrics around internet, most of them have translator's notes and names, so I'll keep them for beeing better to understand and for giving credits to the one who had the work of translating it, as I, unfortunatly, don't know Japanese.
LYRICS POSTED
I'll make here a list of the ones there was posted, for us to don't miss and repeat.... Or for someone that is looking for some lyric to see if it was posted here.

NEOGROTESQUE (music: Aiji lyrics: Kirito)
Hey you, looking all spaced out over there, are you going nowhere fast? Unsure of who you are, are you stuck in the mold?
Your Papa and Mama so quick to lecture you, got it on in order to bring you into this world. *1
In this city where the cheesy healing songs are playing yet again,*2 if you're soothed by our noise, then you're the same monster as me.
Dangerous boys and girls on the verge of losing it, show your true selves, get down and party!*3 It doesn't matter what they say, Chill out, and just love one another!
Those all too perfect life plans as well, can be blown to smithereens with a single missle.
In this city where the cheesy cover songs are playing yet again,*4 if you're moved by our noise, then you're the same monster as me.
Dangerous boys and girls on the verge of losing it, show your true selves, get down and party! Don't mind their judgemental glares, Chill out, and just get wild!
There's an instinct you've supressed deep in your heart Vomit that sucker out, and get down and party! By morning you'll be flying for sure! You're more beautiful and grotesque than anyone else.
(Translated By: Brian Stewart & Takako Sakuma)
Translator's Notes: This song bears a striking resemblance to Creature, lyrically. Sounds like Kirito is assembling the troops. Took a lot of liberties with language and idioms, but hopefully it reads better this way. So c'mon monsters, let's go! On to the *'s.
*1 - That means they had S-E-X. And you were the result. *wink wink nudge nudge*
*2 - This is the best. Kirito is talking about not just Enya like "healing" music though that is part of what he's digging at, he's also taking a hit at the current trends in the Japanese music scene. Japanese people seem to want to be soothed by these soft reaffirming tunes lately. In the following lines he comes right out and says if Pierrot's music is what soothes you then you're like him.
*3 - Changed this line from "have a good time" to "get down and party!". I wonder though if the album's drug theme will come up here? Hmmm...Later when it says by morning you'll be flying... there are many ways to take that.
*4 - The word he uses ribaibaru is when they bring back a song that used to be popular and redo it with a modern face. This is clearly aimed at Hirai Ken who is the most recent artist to find success doing this. Though Shimatani Hitomi's entire career seems based in cover songs, and Ulfuls ushered in a whole sensation with their cover of "Ashita ga aru sa" by Sakamoto Kyuu.

SMILEY SKELETON(Words: Kirito Music: Aiji )
awash in the morning light in the Land of the Rising Sun as soon as I awaken I take you in my arms in place of a bomb, to a shocking rite of ascension *1
we're being manipulated by right and wrong as measured by a paper-machier god killing one another, how long can we love each other?
the sky without end, coquettishly and cooly laughs at the world. I make my way for the light I found within the darkness, laughing as I brandish my katana over head.
the ignition has already been lit sending sparks out, a countdown to a suicide bombing. everything gets blown to bits, how long are we going to be fooled?
the vast sky, dances seductively, and washes away the world I make my way for the exit I found in the darkness and laugh, bringing only you along with me. *2
the sky without end, coquettishly and cooly laughs at the world. I make my way for the light I found within the darkness, as I brandish my katana over head. the vast sky dances seductively, and washes away the world I make my way for the exit I found within the darkness, holding only your hand and laughing.

Translator's Notes: Kirito gave a notorious MC before playing this song at Skull Armament. In his MC before Smiley Skeleton Kirito hinted that anti-American actions of his have led to his being targetted by outside groups. He then defiantly proclaims that he will continue to do what he wants and continues to criticize the US and the "white people" but also turns his attention to the Japanese government which he calls "America's lapdog". He calls Smiley Skeleton a song of the historied peoples of the Far East laughing at the fools. He ends with this quote: "The current Japanese government has made this mess of a country so I say that we destroy it all "by force", and build it anew. One of the keywords is "samurai".
* 1 - This seems to have a double meaning. In one way it's almost sexual, in another it's got a sort of spooky neo-Japanese, return to power feel.
* 2 - I think the "laugh" here is not one of joy. It's Kirito laughing at those of us left behind and or defeated.

I really don't like how centigrade-j does themed translations sometimes. x_x Like Neogrotesque. It has great lyrics...but look in the translator's notes, they even admit to changing "have a good time" to something as corny as "get down and party!"
Anyway...yeah, Pierrot's lyrics were what first drew me to the band, and the reason I practically worship Kirito. ^^
