"Well, here's my humble abode. " Zne said cheerily, unlocking the front door to the two story house, and walking inside. On the wall the was immediately seen when you walked in, a portrait of Armageddon and Koori hung. The house was spacious, with a futon in every room besides the kitchen and bathrooms.
"So, Luna, what do you want for lunch? We'll eat outside, since it's such a nice day." Zen chirped, walking into the kitchen, and getting an apron on. Ot was one of those tacky "Kiss the Chef" ones, and Zen even had a chef's hat on. Just for laughs.

"Whoaaaaa~! Zen has a big house!" Luna exclaimed. She usually camped out in Nine's territory or slept in the pokemon center. Her own house in Viridian was pretty small as well. A house this big was a natural wonder to her.
Once she was finished being amazed by his house, Luna tilted her head at Zen. "Wow...Zen has a big house AND Zen can cook!" She said in amazement. "Hm...I don't know what I want really...whatever you're good at making?"

"Luna, if you think my house is huge, you'd die of shock at my old house in Snowpoint." Zen chuckled, pulling out ingredients from the cabinets and such.
"What? A guy can't cook or something?" Zen said in a mockingly offended voice, pouting a bit. "Anyways, we're gonna have an old family tradition. Roast Beef Sandwiches!" Zen did a little flair with a bag of roast beef, and began preparing them.
"So, what do you want on yours? BBQ, Swiss Cheese, JalapeƱos?"

"Nono!" Luna said, not wanting to offend Zen. Honestly, she was just surprised at how fortunate Zen was to have cooking skills. Everyone in her family miserably failed at cooking, they had takeout nearly every day. The trainer watched Zen flip the beef with pure amazement. She needed to get cooking lessons from the breeder one day.
"How about BBQ?" Luna replied. She didn't like cheese too much and she was pretty sure she couldn't handle whatever jalepenos were.

"I was just kidding with you, Luna." Zen chuckled, slapping some of the cooked beef onto the bread he had toasted. He masterfully spread the brown goop onto the bread.
"Chips, soda?" He asked, as he prepared his sandwich. "I've got cola, lemon lime, grape, cherry. And for chips there's chili cheese, ranch, and nacho." He said as he opened the pantry and pulled out a blanket along with napkins and plates.
"Oh, could you open the sliding door, please?"

"Oh." Luna said dumbly. She really was gullible. Feeling a bit embaressed, the trainer did as Zen asked and opened the door for him.
"Uhh...just water, I don't like most sweet stuff." She answered, still in a bit of a daze from Zen's wealth. Luna looked outside at the back yard, also amazed at its expansiveness. But the gentle breeze of the outdoors made her feel a bit more at home. She calmed a bit.
Luna liked new things, but seeing Zen's wealth status was a bit overpowering for her. The trainer was good at adapting though. She just had to collect her thoughts and slap her brain back into action.

Zen gave a small sigh of amusement, and got two waters out of the pantry, closing the door with his foot.
"Alright, here we are. Feel free to release your Pokemon out here. There's tons of room." He commented, sitting down on the back porch. "And the berries are dropping like flies, so they should have food." Zen added, releasing Armageddon, Koori, and Sentret simultaneously.
"So, how's life been?"

"Okay then!" Luna said, a bit more cheerful now. Her pokemon always made her more lively and confident. "Come on out guys!"
Luna's pokeballs automatically opened by themselves and rays of light escaped Luna's pant pockets and hat, soon forming into four pokemon: a ninetales, a raichu, a seel, and a pidgeot.
Prince immediately flew to a tree to pearch on, he wasn't a big fan of the ground. Meanwhile, Albireo ran to eat every berry he could see in sight and Nine just wandered off to the trees to investigate the quality of the berries. ChuChu made her way towards the sentret, giving it a curious sniff.
"Chuu?"
Luna took a seat on the porch. "Great~There's been lots of challengers recently!" She answered enthusiastically. It was true. Every day she went to the stadium, she now found an opponent to face and each opponent differed in style. It was like a gumball machine except even better, more exciting, and less costly.

Once Koori saw Prince, her fur spiked into needles, her natural defence mechanism. She let out a little growl, and backed into the space under the wooden porch. She was still sore after their battle.
Armageddon huffed, and walked off after Nine. It wasn't that often that one found a Pokemon that wasn't naturally black. She she, like he, was a rarity. And he had to keep that lug of a Dewgong from eating all the berires.
Senret blinked at Chuchu, giving an excited squeak, and pounced on her.
"Ret!"
"Ah, you and your challenges Luna." Zen laughed, watching the Pokemon play. "You do take them to the center after each battle, right?" He asked in a voice that sounded like a professor lecturing his students.
"Koori keeps dragging me off to the stadium at least once a week. She's battle crazy, I swear."
