As this is still in development, there are no solid rules as of yet. However all User related contests and events, etc will only be allowed to be posted as a normal thread (no sticky or announcement).

Also be aware that the guild is in no way responsible for any lost/stolen/etc property or money that a User related event incures. However you may file a report so that moderators may be away of it in case it is a constant occurrence.
