OOC: Okay. First of all put the stats of your character BEFORE you post! Use my format (or your own). About this desired roleplay: - High school centric - Yaoi, yuri, and hetero is accepted - PG-13 (when it comes to violence and ... naughty things? xD;; ) - Creativity! You might need to rp more than one person (i.e.; your character (duh) and perhaps a teacher, or another student), so be ready. - Be LITERATE. Plzkthx. - Have FUN and remember that plot lines are GOOD lines!
WHATS THE PLOT!? For now it's just the start of the school year. But strange things have been happening, involving students disappearing. Become part of a detective team that will try and crack the case of the missing students! Find suspects and try to convict a criminal of stealing the youth of their education!
*Now for my character stats*
Name: Joo Rang Sae (Sae for short) Age / Class: 17 / Senior Hair: Black with caramel / blond highlights, shoulder-length Eyes: Royal blue Personality: Sae is the typical high school Senior that doesn't really care about anything that doesn't involve smoking, soccer, food, or flirting. His school uniform is usually unbuttoned a bit with his tie loose, and his hair pulled half-up, or sometimes in a ponytail. He doesn't pay attention in class, and has a generally aloof attitude. Despite his arrogant front, he's quite friendly to those he deems worthy. Special: It almost seems that Sae has inside knowledge of the disappearing students, but he refuses to leak any information. He is the leader of the school Detective Agency.
Okay. So that's the basic character sheet format thing. Minus the special; if you want to PM me about thickening the plot between our characters, then please feel free to do so.
Following this post will be my opening post for the High School Detective roleplay.
Have at it! :]

IC:
The bell rang at promptly 9 a.m., signaling that classes were to start. The hallways emptied as students hurried to their assigned classes, doors slamming all over the building and echoing eerily. One student, however, lagged behind the rest, walking leisurely and whistling slightly as he mozied through the hallways. Joo Rang Sae had his book bag slung over his shoulder and his tie undone, a hand in his pocket as his long legs strode him towards his class room. No one ever expected him to be on time; how could they? He was the most defiant student in the school, and even the teachers had given up on him. Licking his lips, he arrived at his class room and opened the door, interrupting the teacher's roll call. The woman glanced over and pursed her lips in disapproval, and Sae smiled charmingly.
"Sorry, Ms. Ishida." He didn't even give a reason to his tardiness as he moved in and sat in his seat, sliding his book bag off of his shoulder and tucking it under his desk. The teacher huffed and continued calling roll, while Sae planted an elbow on his desk and rested his chin on his palm, turning his head to let his azure eyes glance outside.
From where he was seated he could see the courtyard, the cafeteria, and the entrance to the gym. Nothing too spectacular, but he'd rather look at the nothingness than the back of the head of the person sitting in front of him. While he started to zone out (as the teacher droned on about how the first day of school usually went), a shadowy figure caught his attention. It was beneath an oak tree, seemingly hiding. When Sae leaned over a bit to try and get a better look, though, an eraser hit him in the side of the head and he sputtered in surprise.
"Eh!" He snapped his head towards the front of the room, where a very pissed off Ms. Ishida was staring vehemently at him.
"Joo Rang! Pay attention!" She squawked, her voice making almost everyone wince.
Returning the glare, Sae picked up the eraser and tossed it up to the front of the room. "How am I supposed to be paying attention when it sounds like a cat is drowning?" He smirked lightly, already having forgotten about the shadowy figure that had him distracted in the first place.
Once more he tuned out the teacher, letting his eyes roam over the room. He was taking in each student's appearance, trying to figure out which one of them he would befriend, and which one he would take lunch money from. In the back of his mind, though, he knew that he was scouting for the newest members of his self-funded Detective Agency. Hopefully there would be some good candidates. But, he'd have to see how the day goes.
OOC: Wind off of it. There's plenty of openings for your character, so let your creativity carry you!

Elena sat in a back corner, ignoring the teacher. The dying cat voice was giving her a headache. She let her mind wander to the subject of the missing students, she had a lot ahead of her in figuring out the reason behind the missing.
She looked up when Joo Rang Sae walked into the class, late. She eyed him wearily. There was something about him that she wasn't so she sure she liked. She watched him sit down then her gaze slid out the window, she examined everything closely and noticed the shadow under the oak tree. Her attention was brought back to the teacher when she threw the eraser at Joo Rang Sae. Elena rolled her eyes when the episode was over and continued with her own thinking, forgetting about the shadow.

Elena. Sae glanced over in her direction and offered a chagrin smile, before letting his eyes drift away. She was a Junior, but she was definitely a person to reckon with. She was silent most of the time - not to mention pretty cute. Joo Rang had wanted to talk to her... perhaps he'd wait until the lecture was over and they were turned free.
Tapping the end of his pencil idly on his desk, he let out a sigh that moved his bangs from his eyes. Glancing at the clock, he noted that there was only about an hour left until free period, which was usually spent detecting on the missing students. Cracking his neck he raised his hand, and the teacher huffed and went silent, waiting for him to speak.
"Are we going to be tested on this?"
A vein popped in Ms. Ishida's forehead, and the chalk she was holding snapped.
"MOVE NEXT TO ELENA RIGHT NOW. YOU'RE A DISTURBANCE TO THE CLASS."
Smirking to himself, Sae cheered. Perfect, yes, he was a genius. The only empty seat in the class room was near Elena; and he knew Ms. Ishida had been itching to get him away from the distracting outside world. He picked up his stuff and smoothly moved to the seat next to Elena, leaning over purposefully and holding out his hand.
"'Ey. M' Sae." He grinned. He'd never properly introduced himself to her, and he needed to nab this chance.

Elena turned her head and eyed Sae uneasily. She didn't know him but knew from other people talking and over-hearing the teacher's on occasion that he was always late to class and didn't take school seriously, but, hey, that's how most boys are. For the first time out of the times she's seen him around school she noticed he was cute.
Elena slowly took Sae's hand. "Elena," she said quietly.
She pulled her hand away and went to looking back out the window, noticing the shadow once again. She leaned towards the window to make sure it wasn't her eyes playing a trick on her.
She turned back to Sae and whispered to him, "Do you see that shadow under the oak tree?" She was only asking him to make sure she wasn't going crazy or her eyes were trying to trick her.

Sae raised a brow as Elena looked out the window, and he glanced over as well. Shivers went up his spine as the shadow disappeared once more, and he nodded as he lowered his voice. "Yeah, I've seen it around quite a bit the past few weeks." He turned his azure optics towards Elena, tapping his pencil on the desk distractedly.
"Whenever I see it, another student disappears." He let out a sigh. "I don't understand why the school doesn't shut down and investigate it." The school would lose a lot if they shut down and investigated, but didn't they care about the students that were at risk? It wasn't just females, it was boys as well, and they were all different ranges.
If the school didn't care, then the school was a prime suspect in Sae's investigation. By default, of course. ... And his own personal vendetta against education.

Elena looked over at Sae "I've been seeing them a lot too. I've just thought my eyes were playing tricks on me," she whispered and shruged, "I guess they haven't been."
She looked at the tapping pencil and began to bite the edge of her own pencil. She was getting a little freaked out with all the disappearances. Who was next? It could be anyone, hell, it could be her or the anybody else in the classroom. And the school didn't seem to care! How rediculous was that?! She was going to find out who was behind the missing, even if it killed her.
