Okayyy so I'm just wondering, if anyone here likes or hates Tokio Hotel, and reasons you like or dislike them.
Just a random questions- some of my friends and I argue about this like every day so I'm just wondering about other people.

Hollla! Right here! Of course Panic is always number one, but Tokio Hotel is one of my favorite foreign bands. Next to Cinema Bizarre. I like them, because their music is well great. You would never have thought that the people in there would get along. Due to the way they dress. (I don't have a thing against that!) And well. Yeah. I really can't explain it, because I'm bad at this sort of thing. Oh and I started listening to them when I saw Bill Kaulitz's lion manissh hair. Bad of me, but I wanted to know what kind of music they make with a singer whose hair is like. HUGE. And then there's the fact that they sing German songs. I'm kind of fascinated with the German Language, or well, when people sing in German, so I listened to them because of that. ( Not to mention that they aren't that bad looking. ). Oh and I became to like Tokio Hotel out of all of those DVDs that they did, especially the ones from Zimmer 483. Where Bill is introducing his little airplane named JUMBI! And then he becomes over dramatic when it gets stuck on the roof or the ceiling. And he tells kids to not eat vegetable (practically begging) and to eat hamburgers, hamburger, and more hamburgers. whee

Wrong subforum, Emmy. Just so you know.
I've only heard one Tokio Hotel song. I liked it, but I'm unsure on if I like the band.

I have mixed feelings about them.
I hate the amount of attention they get, 'cause it drives me nuts. They're in magazines every week, they're always on TV, and every time they release a single it gets incredibly overplayed to the point where I can't stand hearing it anymore.
But I think some of their songs are actually pretty good domokun

Gummy...
I try to remain neutral, be the Switzerland of music. But I can't stand it, I think it's whiney and if there was one music I would call "emo" (even though I don't think it applies to music) Tokio Hotel would be it.

I kind of agree with Emmy with the emo part. Even though the English translations of the lyrics aren't really emo... Okay. So maybe some of them are. But. Music is Music. If they like what they're writing and singing and playing. That's what counts. <3

God, I hate them.
They had one or two decent German songs, but the other ones just suck gonk .
Also, they were like:"Yeah, we translated our lyrics in English. That way, our foreign fans also understand what we are singing".
Excuse me? Translating? Man, they just changed the lyrics (I mean, Übers Ende der Welt doesn't mean Ready, Set, Go).
So yeah, they just made an English album because they're sell outs xp .
Wouldn't call them Emo by the way xd .

They don't even speak English though.
