Tukutu was dreading this day. He was a tricky one, even if he didn't act like it. He had been able to avoid Mafa's other children for so long, but it seemed like his luck was not with him today. And here he was, one that he certainly did not want to see.
The male hyena was furious. If he could, he would have done something about them, but that probably would have turned Mafa against him. Instead he grumbled about them under his breath, keeping himself away from them all the damn time. But today...why! He was actually showing anger on his normally-bland face, and he was ready to pick a fight with the youngster. Who cared if he had seen a few moons? He was still in shape, wasn't he?
Certainly!

Haaah! Today was such a grand day. So finally, Mbezi was able to find that ever elusive creature called Tukutu. And it was quite obvious that he wasn't pleased to see him. Even better! Today would be a grand day, and he'd be able to put the stupid rat in his place. Supposid consort or not, it was common knowledge that it wasn't him who produced an heir. He barely was even fertile, wasn't he? One cub! Haaah! Hahaha! No, Mbezi's own father, prime and full of pride was able to give Mother what she wanted.
Tukut snarled at the obnoxious young hyena. Whwat was he laughing on about? There was nothing funny here, and he would certainly be pleased to say so. "Wut're ye laughin' on 'bout?" he grumbled, tempted to start circling around the hyena that looked so much like him, and Mafa. It was almost frightening. That didn't mean he'd go any easier on the male.
"If'n ya can't tell meh, then ya'd better show meh." He snarled, his frustrations from many moons suddenly fueling the fire. He was unfairly pushing all of it onto this male, but it wasn't like he didn't deserve it, either.
"Oh? You seem quite irritated." He grinned again, begining the circling that he knew was going to start anyway. Might as well quicken things up here, huh? Hopefully no one would notice and interfere, that was the last thing that Mbezi wanted. For now, he would play with the little game, tease and taunt. If it went to fighting....well, he was confident in his abilities, and all he ever head Tukutu doing was sleeping. There was no way that the old lard was going to get the best of him!
"Soo irritated in fact, you must want to attack me." Another wicked grin, knowing what was coming. It was all too much fun!
Tukutu snarled. "Ya know 'xactly wut'ure doin'." Stupid hyena. Were all the young kids so foolish these days? What happened to actually respecting the elders that they were surrounded by? Tukutu needed to teach this stupid hyena some manners, and he was quite ready to begin.
He himself started to continue with the pacing, the circling around. He'd judge just where Mbezi's weak spot was, and give it a good crunch. If he could give the fool a lasting scar, well, good for him. It'd give him something to remember as he grew up and perhaps matured a bit.
Well, the fun was starting to begin, but it seemed to move too slowly for Mbezi. Was he going to have th make the first strike? He didn't want to have to, but her certainly would if he was going to get this party started.
He stopped for a moment, letting his smile fall. "So? Who cares what I'm doing. Nothing. No one. Not even Mama." He didn't know too much about how Tukutu felt towards his mother, but he did know that she would probably always be a sore spot, if only because he lost his chance to be in the limelight. He was nothing but a failure.
"she'd probably be happy if you were gone, hahaha!" He broke out into a fit of hyena laughter, assuming that the other would get angry. He just didn't judge how angry he would get.
