He'll get a happy ending.

2. What is this character’s greatest flaw?
Probably the fact that he's terribly gullible and superstitious. He's rather socially inept and can easily be taken advantage of. He's also quite self conscious, but he's trying to get over that.

3. What do you know about this character that s/he would never admit?
He's very ignorant about anything sexual, but he's totally a closet pervert.

4. What is this character’s greatest asset?
He's extremely loyal and would do just about anything for a friend.
His second best asset is his sniping abilities that he'll soon discover.
Followed third by his book smarts that could probably get him a job at NASA eventually. lol.

5. If this character could choose a different identity, who would s/he be?
Although he likes some of his step-family in Germany, Nori probably would have preferred to grow up with his true mother in Japan and live a normal life.


6. What music does this character sing to when no one else is around?
Nori mostly listens to instrumental and classical, but he'd probably indulge in some German indie ballads from time to time.

7. In what or whom does this character have the greatest faith?
Probably Kyrin. She provides everything for him and he thinks that she has the potential to lead a mafia if she wanted to.

8. What is this character’s favorite movie?
Probably some obscure black and white German film that has a sad ending. He's a sucker for sad yet uplifting movies.

9. Does this character have a favorite article of clothing? Favorite shoes?
Nori loves to wear skinny jeans with an over-sized, off-the-shoulder sweater. It's comfortable and casual. But he also favors sundresses in nice weather.

He takes naps around the building. He probably sleeps more than anyone in the group, and even then, he loves taking cat-naps wherever is comfortable. Another bad habit would be touching his neck or hair when he's nervous- The natural oil on fingertips means that he has to wash his hair more often.

His older step-brother Ehren who is deceased. Ehren was, in his opinion, a real brother.

He wants a life ambition. Right now, He has no idea what to do with himself and is trying to find his calling. It makes him feel helpless and a bit lonely.

Nori has a lot of things that he could be proud of, if he gave himself more credit. As it is, joining the mafia and making friends is probably his own opinion of an achievement.

Insert Nori at the mall, wanting to try on a cute dress.

For about a couple months after finding out that he liked wearing pretty clothes, he loathed himself. Having those months back would probably be one thing. But more than that, Nori would say: not being able to save his brother.

As menial as it sounds...ghosts.

When he was blackmailed out of Germany. His other half-brother Porsche is to thank for that.

His brain's carrying capacity for knowledge alone is an achievement.

Nori himself doesn't know, but it's probably to just see his mom again.

Puzzles. He likes solving puzzles, codes, and playing strategy games.

The death of his brother.

He really wants to please everyone. But he wants to please Jamie just an teensy weensy bit more. razz

Her current whereabouts are unknown, but she was a Japanese bar hostess that met his dad through her work, and eventually for English practice. She was kind, but despairing. And a hopeless romantic.
His step-mom is a shut-in.

A German businessman that loves an adventure. He was always strict with Nori, but he still favored him, and required him to study what he was good at: advanced mathematics and archery. He makes quite a decent amount of money working at BMW headquarters, but he also has an illegal black market business on the side.

to live?ideally, his sister or Mom. But he loves living with the group right now.

27. Where does this character fall in birth order? What effect does
this have? He has 3 other step-siblings, but he is the only half-japanese one. He stands out in that he's much quieter than the others. All of the Blauvelt children had high expectations to reach, so he stands out more academically as well.

Step-brother Porsche: Manipulative and jealous b*****d. biggrin
Step-Sister Fritzi: Understanding, lovable, scholarly
Step-sister Elsie: Only home for about a month a year. Has a weird crush on Nori

items.
Mostly white and green accents, to keep it "zen". He isn't in his room often.
Any material things that he would consider "cherished" would be back in Germany.

May 22nd, making him a gemini. He stays true to that in that he loves to learn, is open minded, and energetic. But he's definitely not ego-centric or insensitive.

Depends on the type of seclusion. Nori had already been isolated to his German property for years. But he would probably bring:
food

a laptop
subscription to National Geographic

It takes a lot to make Nori angry. Usually blatant disrespect or picking on other people. The last time he was reaaally angry he and his step-brother beat the s**t out of each other. biggrin Hard to believe, yeah?

Nature. Being outside or just staring at dust flecks in the sun. And hugs of course!

Visiting other galaxies. He does that while spacing out during the day too.

Really, he just wanted somewhere to belong.

I'm gonna say that the mafia depends on him as a decent food source and housekeeper at the mo'. haha. He'll come in handy later.

Very normal things. Go to museums. Have a picnic.

" He's a strange boy, but he'll get far in life."

He might have a crush. :}

He wouldn't say it out loud, but Nori thinks that Xavier is kind of trendy/cool.

Jamison Michael (Jamie) Corleone

1. What do you know about this character now that s/he doesn’t yet know?
I think he has an inkling of this, but, essentially, he’s not going to make it much far past thirty. Also, I know that someone he’s interested in may well give more of a damn than Jamie thinks he does. And that he probably can love Nori, under the right circumstances.

2. What is this character’s greatest flaw?
Apathy. He doesn’t care if he lives or dies, and helps neither side. Well, really, helps himself die faster than he helps himself live. He depends on other people to help him live, and develops unhealthy emotional attachments. Jamie also has borderline personality disorder.

3. What do you know about this character that s/he would never admit?
He loves Tim Burton movies, he’s a huge flirt, and he really likes to be held. And that he currently has a huge crush on one of his house mates.

4. What is this character’s greatest asset?
His looks, his quick mind, his way with words, and his skill with small guns. He can also charm people quite easily.

5. If this character could choose a different identity, who would s/he be?
Anyone but who he is. He’d like to be a singer/songwriter, but he really cant write his own songs.

6. What music does this character sing to when no one else is around?
Manchester post-punk, mostly, with a little of early nineties bay area punk thrown in for good measure

He doesn’t really much have faith in anyone or anything anymore, even though he often relies on the good faith of others, and their help.

He’ll tell you Seven, the David Fincher thriller, or Pulp Fiction, but, secretly, Edward Scissorhands.

He likes his plain black converse all stars with red laces, and his shirt with the Love Will Tear Us Apart album cover. He’s worn it so often its grey instead of black, the print is cracked and faded, and there are holes in all the seams.

Alcohol, sex, and self mutilation. He will never own up to any of those, save in a fit of self loathing.

Louie, a member of his father’s mafia, and Nori.

To be loved.

Leaving his father’s mafia.

High school, and the way he lived then. His father abused him, and he would often be in school, get stoned, and sleep, the wounds from fighting with his father showing.

Losing Ian. Also, leaving his father’s mafia, if only that he left New York, and Louie.

Reliving his childhood, treating someone precious to him the way his father treated him, and falling.

Ian walking out the door, telling him he no longer loved him.

Running his own small mafia faction, though he doesn’t see it that way. Also, getting out of it.

That he will, one day, get away from everything and be allowed to start over again,

His own mortality, writing, and Ian. But he’ll only own up to the second one.

21. What is this character’s greatest disappointment?
He let Ian get away, and failed to get him back.

Reliving his childhood, and being alone.

He wants to please the people he lives with, or Ian.

She was a British transfer university student, in her mid twenties, who allowed herself to be seduced by his father, well, mostly his money, then kept the child to spite him. She abandoned the child as soon as she got tired of him, and was pregnant with his younger sister, ran away with an European football (soccer) player, his half-sister’s mother. She is beautiful, but shallow, and likes the idea that somewhere, she has a son, it gains her sympathy, a lot of the time.

25. Describe this character’s father.
An overbearing mafia don, who wants one of his two sons to take his position, and when it becomes apparent that it isn’t going to be Jamie, the poor, effeminate, bookish kid becomes the target of all his hostilities. He is angry, drunk often, and obsessed with his work. The purpose of having children is to create competent heirs to his dictatorship over the crime underworld.

26. If s/he had to choose, with whom would this character prefer to live?
Himself. He’d rather be independent than anything else.

27. Where does this character fall in birth order? What effect does this have?
He has a half-brother, who is only months older than he is, and a half-sister, who is close to three years younger than him. He has no knowledge of his brother, but writes his sister frequently. But he never lived with any of them, and siblings don’t mean much to him.

28. Describe this character’s siblings or other close relatives.
His sister, Amalia, is an intellectual, and Jamie’s mother’s only other child. She entered university, Cambridge, a year early, studying government. She writes her only brother, Jamie, often, and, despite closely resembling a female version of Jamie, and being very attractive, has no real love life to speak of. She is close friends, ironically, with a friend and former bandmate of Levi’s, Brandon.

His brother, Dominic, is his father’s heir perfectly. He is controlled, calm, and utterly soulless. Calculated, he is already a high ranking member of his father’s mafia, and he wants Jamie dead, because he exists, and because he left the family. Dominic’s mother tried to keep him out of the mafia life, but as soon as he found out who his father is, he joined the family, and worked his way to the top.

His room, when he actually stays there for more than a few months, is home to his records, any music he can get his hands on, and quite a few notebooks, he writes obsessively. He never keeps books, though he reads a lot, but he always has at least one book to read. He rarely sleeps, but his bed has to be comfortable, the way he brings boys home.

He was born November 13, a Friday, and is good example of a Scorpio. He is a lover, and a loner, and a little too intelligent for his own good.

His love life fails, he thinks he would be happier dead, he’s trapped in mafia living forever, and that he has deep fits of self-loathing.

Being held, usually, or music.

He does have reoccurring dreams, of being eight years old and still small enough to hide from his father in a dumbwaiter. He refuses to go into deeper detail, and won’t even bring it up unless demanded.

He left his father’s mafia, then Kyrin’s, chose to live with a businessman friend/sex partner of his, then, out of a sense of obligation and desire to see old friends, went back to find Kyrin and Nori again, current predicament being that he isn’t sure he will be able to stay.

His suicidal behavior, and his residence he rarely has control over, only staying where he is allowed.

Nightmares, being alone.

Beautiful, but alone.

To try to live, to eat something. But he never really does.

No one, or at least, he hopes so.

Wonder why this didn’t come sooner, kill his father, tell Ian he is in love with him, and kiss Nori, tell him the same. He isn’t sure he can love two people at once, but he does, for now, at least.

42. How would a dear friend or relative describe this ******** up, but beautiful, and handling himself well.

43. What is this character’s most noticeable physical attribute?
He’s skinny, has incredibly intense eyes, and is quite beautiful.

44. What is this character hiding from him/herself?
His emotional attachments, his trauma (he tries his best to never let anyone know how messed up he is), and his talent with writing and with a gun.

He cannot say the word “sandwich.” It always comes out “sammich.” He is also a talented musician, though he cannot compose his own music, and he is relatively openly gay. Ok, sorry, that was more than one.
