I found the thing that was eating my pansy petals.

The white thing in its foot is the remainder of a pansy petal. (More here & here )

I've moved the culprit to the back bit where he can munch on the tree and not my flowers.

And pictures of my little flower boxes:
here, and here and another. And a close up of one of the flowers, because I'm artsy. cool

so pretty!

beer traps are supposed to work great for snails. They are are attracted to the sweet scent or something like that then they fall in and drown.

Thanks!

I've heard about the beer traps, but I would be able to do it. I love snails, so I don't have the heart to drown them. The hot pepper spray seems to work, it would be nice not to have it rain each night.

Amazing really, they're so ugly yet there's something almost cute about them.

Lovely garden by the way, I love it when they have a good variety of different green things growing everywhere, monocultures scare me.

Oh my goodness, dont hurt the snails ;_;
They're so cute and harmless [ to people ].
I save th snails from my mum-in-laws garden, she puts salt on them and leaves some 'slug-be-gone' to keep them away

No!
Save the snails!!
..
Proof of how fresh the produce is at Produce Junction: There was a living slug munching on the fern bush I bought.

Haha ;3

I never had escargot and I doubt it'll be on my list of things to eat.

However, keeping with the white foot theme:
