According to the polls right now, you might be right. Obama is leading McCain in the polls, of course, November is still a ways off so it's really anyone's game right now.

But theres still so much deep racism in this country... I fear for his life if he does make it. And might I add that your avi is looking stunning today, miss Daffodil. wink

I think that if Hillary were to be elected (dear god i hope not) she'd face similar discrimination, though perhaps not quite as strong. And, thanks! smile

I hope that he stays safe (even winning the primary has probably landed him a few death threats)

If he gets elected, we're screwed. X_x Yeah, I really don't like Obama. He wants to TALK to religious extremists to try to make peace in the Middle East. That's naive at best; even we know better than that.

My fundamentalist history teacher joked around about that all of last year.
It's kind of funny, because he actually had a valid argument as to why.

He's not going to sit down with them expecting to make everyone happy. He's just doing it to appease the anti-war sentiment in the democratic party.
