Winter Arena Description: As one walks in, they will see that the arena is now a lot smaller than the previous one, seeming to be starting some type of pattern. Now, the fighting area is only 100 yards in diameter, the ground covered in two inches of snow over soiled ground underneath, and the temperatures being a cold 20 degrees Fahrenheit, despite the ceiling being open with the sun shining down. However, there is no sign of a designated platform, meaning the entire area is pretty much game. 25 yards from the stands each are 10 feet blocks of ice, designated at each corner of the arena, blocky with no definite shape, yet can be stood upon with the right footing. The blocks are so thick, however, that breaking them is not something of ease, or melting them. In the middle, with a diameter of 30 yards is a sitting pool of water iced over with a nice firm sheet of ice, the water underneath being 10 feet deep. However, if it takes too much stress, the ice can easily break. Ten Count Boundary: The ten count starts as soon as someone goes over the twenty foot wall into the stands, or into the pool of water. If a person is already in a counted area and the other fighter enters in, the count is reset. If a person is being forced to stay in a counted area against their own will, for example, by being binded by an indirect attack (such as vines, tendrils, etc.), then the count stops. However, the count continues if a person is using their own body to keep the other fighter down AND have no part of their body inside the fighting zone (as well as being at least five yards away from the fighting zone). In this case, the count is being counted against both members.

Akechi stood leaning against one of the four large blocks of ice in this new wintery arena, waiting for his opponent.
His injuries had been pretty much all healed, except for thhe barest hint of an ache and twitch in his shoulder and leg. He had to hand it to that meta in his last fight, that it was a great bout and the both of them went the distance.
Wonder who's next, Akechi's assortment of small weaponry were under his new and thick coat, keeping him warm. Only his KA-BAR combat knife lay in plain sight, strapped to his thigh.

And following the arival of Akechi would be his opponent, Jack Nozima. He had literally no injuries what so ever, as he didn't fight at all the previous round, which gave him a somewhat upper hand. But then again, they were in an icy arena, which would take that upper hand away and shove it up somewhere dark.
With each footstep into the arena the snow slightly melted and sent up a bit of steam around Jack. It looked pretty cool actually. Today he wore something slightly different, as the letter told him to wear something warm. Ontop he wore a red and black leather jacket, as usual, but it was zipped up this time. Below that he wore a black and red thermal top that kept him a tiny bit warmer. Below he wore his usual pants, black and red leather pants. But below this he had thermal shorts! Getting the drift?
Eventually his icy blue eyes strayed to his opponent, Akechi who was casually leaning on one of those large icy blocks.
"Finally, somebody is actually here waiting for me!"
Jack called how, his breath slightly crystalized.
"Now lets start this ******** thing!"

Akechi noted the steam coming off Jack. Heat. Increased heat.
"Well, fire meta are we?" He had already taken the time to look over the new arena. Most of the ice was pretty thick, if Jack used flame, Akechi was certainly at both an advantage and disadvantage.
His right hand disengaged the claw hammer hanging behind him in the small of his back and his left hand unsheathed his combat knife. He spread his legs in a wide, stable stance.
"Tch" Akechi flexed his muscles. Even under his clothing, it was apparent that Akechi was built like a prized bull for his height, being just under 6 feet.
"Come on kid"

"Kid?"
What was this guy kidding with here? Jack stood about seven feet tall, his body was ripped with muscle, lived for ******** knows how long, who was this guy kidding? Jack ain't no kid.
"What do ya think I am?!"
Holding his right arm out slightly he clenched his fist and flames burst up over his arm. With that he burst forward towards Akechi. He curved around the pool in the middle though.

"Excellent. Thats right... come to me..."
Time to bust some heads. He fully intended to act as a rock and simply let his opponent break himself on Akechi.
But why take the long way to Akechi though? It appeared like the fire meta deliberately avoided the center for some reason. Akechi simply reversed the grip on his KA-BAR for stabbing downward and bent his legs, crouchin' over further.
Had to be prepared to move if he had to. The merc didn't want to get lose because his opponent went all human torch on him. Besides, he had a stable enough footing to guess that there wasn't ice under him right now.

Jack ran towards his opponent, his arms going back and fourth naturally, as it was to most people. As soon as he got about ten feet from the icy layered pool in the center, ten feet from Akechi also, Jack right hand would be going forward from his run which didn't stop. The flames would then suddenly burst from his arm forward in a wave over Akechi. The guy wouldn't be able to go to his left {[Or right, whichever is the side]} because one of the big icy blocks was to his side. He could go backwards, though, but who knows what a fire meta can do with flames? But it was all up to the guy where he went and what he did.

Akechi roared his defiance and raised up his knife arm to help shield him as the torrent washed over him. With his right side stepping back, he faced the wave of flame with the smallest profile he could manage while still-standing.
"Argh! IT BURNS!" he screamed out, half in genuine pain, half in sadistic anticipation as he hurled his claw hammer unerringly through the flame at where Jack's face was. Hopefully, Jack'll be thrown off by Akechi's shout of pain, and would be unable to see the claw hammer until it was right between his eyes.
Flames hurt, yes. Burnt hair. Singed clothing. Burn marks all over. But Akechi was in a bad mood and he was just going to bear the pain and beast through it like the bull he was. Whether or not the hammer connected, he burst forward, dashing through the flame to gut Jack with his combat knife and throat-punch with his now-free hand.
After all, in his previous match, Akechi had to deal with having a thunderbolt run through him near-constantly. A little heat now (especially in the ice) wouldn't deter him now.

Jacks orginal plan was for his opponent to jump to the side then be grabbed by Jacks left arm, he wasn't expecting the hit at all. But he might aswell use that plan anyway, 'cept change it a bit.
With the next step forward his left arm shot out towards Akechi. His left arm, which was completely black, would stretch forward and continue to go forward towards Akechi. Along the way however that claw hammer smacked into his left arm, stopping it for the time being. The claw stuck into the black flesh, but Jack showed no signs of pain. Flicking his left arms long wrist the hammer flew out to the side, landing in the snow partly hidden.
He then continued the foroward stretch of the arm, only to find that Akechi had moved forward. Due to this Jack just moved his left arm a bit more forward. The hand, with claw like fingers, would stretch outward to capture Akechi. But thanks to running forward the left arm could easily be dodged, unless the guy was blinded by flames.

Akechi moved low along the ground, easily dashing under the arm, and burst out of the wave of flame looking like the very embodiment of hell itself. Half-baked and pumped full of adrenaline was a bad combo for his opponent, who was about to get completely gutted like a fish as Akechi took a mighty leap forward with his arms outstretched and a feral roar on his lips.
Flying 200 pound+ man would hurt alot.
If Jack side-stepped to Akechi's left, he'd be an even easier target for his knife. If he stepped to his right, Akechi'll knock him over anyway with his other arm outstretched and grab for the face. As it was, whatever Jack was planning with that arm of his, it probably wouldn't be able to save him now.

Jack watched on as the man jumped forward. As he did the left arm snapped back to its normal form, like a rubber band. Before the man would reach Jack however he quickly crouched down to the ground before kicking his right leg right upwards, his right hand falling back to hold himself up. Jacks steel plated soles of his boots would most likely collide with the flying man in the stomach region, as his arms were out wide there would be no protection. But the guy could still chop up Jacks leg, if he wasn't fully winded or anything.
Flying 200 Pound+Boot to stomach=Bad pain.

Jack likely wouldn't be able to kick in time, considering that Akechi was ten feet away only mere seconds ago. Given the huge amount of expolsive power present in his first lunge, and now his rather, straight-forward brunt-force tackle, combined with atleast two feet of striking distance from Akechi's arms, the fire meta will now be sorely missing use of his legs.
Plus, leaping forward meant that, if anything, Jack should've moved forward in an attempt to get under and slam the merc in his stomach with the leg. It was too late now as Akechi would bowl over Jack, being struck prematurely in the left side of his chest
Just wasn't enough to stop him.
The merc grinned viciously and snapped his right arm back to grab onto the leg while he pressed his weight forward and stabbed Jack in the thigh with the KA-BAR, fully intending to twist and tear it back out to multilate him as badly as he could.
At the same time, since Akechi was pinning Jack down with the latter face up, if the fire meta wasn't flexible enough, he might have his right leg snapped as it was back forced toward his face.

Well ********, that didn't end out well.
When Jacks foot collided with Akechis chest Jack bent his leg at the knee and allowed Akechi to get closer to him, and helping him not snap his leg. Once there Akechi would grab onto his leg holding it in place, which in turn looked like they were going missionary. That all stopped when things got a bit bloody. Akechi's KA-BAR stabbed into Jacks thigh and was then twisted.

Theory-Of-Xerosis Well ********, that didn't end out well.

Sorry, but some of that just wasn't happening. Akechi had already seen what the arm had done so far, so he had a fair idea of what was gonna happen.
Besides, Jack didn't think that he'd just leave his knife stuck in the leg did he? It was too bad that Jack was helping hold Akechi close to him, the other fighter had the advantage at range and now it was all but completely negated.
"Oh no you don't" Akechi snarled and pulled out his knife roughly, tearing further through flesh in a powerful counter-stroke aimed to intercept Jack's left arm before it could rip through Akechi. And that wasn't the end of it. Akechi also threw a straight fist at Jack with his right hand, heading for a devastating throat-punch.

Jacks left arm was sadly smacked to the side, ohwell. It didn't stop him coming up closer to Akechi though. Getting right up close to him Jack wrapped his right arm around Akechi, mainly around the guys left shoulder to stop him from punching. In that position Jack decided to go inferno on the guy.
Jacks body was then enveloped in flames, burning all over and mainly burning against Akechi. And Jack would let go for nobody, and just to make sure his left arm would stretch around Akechi and begin to wrap around the guys throat/face. The flames in turn sealed Jacks wound closed, stopping the blood loss. It all really depended on if Akechi could last long in a blazing inferno attached to him. Not many humans could.
