Alright let me explain myself I am the past sensei. My shojiki is an industrious little man that goes by the name of Kaimen Clough the current sensei. But I believe that we need our own dojo as a way to induct new members into our organization, specifically the Earth element. I'm Just the designer dont'cha know. This dojo concerns itself with the Element of Tsuchi. Other students that want to enter the academy in a different element please head over there.
Layout:
The dojo looks like a small flat top building. Most of the area around the dojo is a rock garden. There are several Stepping columns placed through out the garden. Heading into the dojo one comes upon a open area room, with a dirt floor. Most of the shoes that members normally wear are hanging from pegs by the door. The dojo roof is supported by columns and rafters that literally hold the roof mat up. It is an open air structure with The columns acting as the doors. But this is not the true face of the dojo of Tsuchi.
The System:
Underneath the dojo is an entire complex of interlocking tunnels and chambers, roof height in the tunnels ranges from 6' to just under three feet. Width can be from three feet to a foot and a half. There is no entrance to the secondary complex with out Chuunin level in the element. The caverns are of various sizes. Most of them are used for sleeping quarters when it rains. Senior members helping Genin and Cadets to reach the System. It is here that Jutsu's are developed and training of basic elements take place. It is also the living quarters for several of the members. Notably Kaimen...
Dojo Surroundings:
Rock garden with Four large boulders at each corner of the building, On each stone is one mark in Kanji of the 4 basic earth principles, Wood, Metal, Rock, and Sand.
Colum Composition:
Various combinations of natural metals whilst the rafters remain in different types of wood, mainly the strong ones like Oak, Red and Mahogony (expensive too xp )
The system Doors:
To most living quarters there are no doors, just numbers on walls, which is why one large open area is provided for sleeping if anyone gets stuck. Behind the walls however are lit rooms with running electricity syphoned from the Rai dojo through an underground system of copper wire. In order to get into the room one must have master the "Tsuchi Phase" i.e. becoming the tsuchi form and being able to pass through that certain volume of earth. the number on the door corresponds to the thickness of the wall for example, door 1 is one inch while Door 13 (Kaimen's room) is 13 inches, making it a bit tougher for any spies or nosy students to get into a seniors room or commit any kind of sabotage. As said in the previous statement, Chuunin level is required to do this.
New Addition to the Doors:
There has been a door added to the side of the dojo for those who need access to there rooms and arent Chunnin yet. It leads to a set of stairs and then the real dojo interface. However it is locked with a seal and only Kaimen will unlock it upon request, If not, it appears as if nothing is there.
Dojo Defenses:
In case of any emergeny in which the dojo is attack, an earthquake will occur as the dojo itself the epicenter where the ground shall split open around it and sleeping golems of various earthen material will rise to its defense, besides that, there are none but the students that train there.

Zenrai Directions: Answer the following questions as best you can with your knowledge of Tsuchi, and the Earth. This test is not graded it just shows how far along you are in the element. 1. What are the five earth sub-categories? Metal, Plant, Mud, Sand, Jade. 2. What element can weaken a basic tsuchi base? Mizu or water. 3. What element is at a disadvantage against a tsuchi base? Ho, Rai, & Kaze 4. "The earth surrounds us" Using that pharse wat do you think the tsuchi element could be best used for? C. Immobilization Techniques 5.Which form of Chakra training seems more relative to tsuchi students? E. All of them are important, however A & C seem to fit in more with the general tsuchi style. 6. If Static is Relative to Rai as a Leaf is Relative to tsuchi, then If Static is relative to a Needle then a leaf (regular spade) is relative to a...? A. Kunai 7. A Chunin in tsuchi is about to fight a mizu chunin, what are the best tsuchi sub-categories to use? Metal and Plant 8. What are 5 ideal places to train in tsuchi? In a cave, on the trees, in the earth, on a mountain, and on a beach. 9. Name some 2 types of basic tsuchi Genjutsu. Genjutsu! Mostly Concealment and Distraction. However with Ninjutsu we focus more and more on defense as there is plenty of ground to go around. Taijutsu is the users own preference however we have come to be more and more hard in our ways then soft, however I'm trying to change that. 10. Essay: In your own words explain the Code of the Tsuchi-Nin. Code: The code of Tsuchi-nin. Imagination is the earth. There is always a way to finish what you started. Tsuchi Sensei- Kaimen Clough The Paper Reads: This is a simple 10 question test that will be used to chart your current knowledge of the 'Upgraded Tsuchi' style. Many of the questions are about knowleged that can be found through common sense, others by research, but most by pure process of elimination. Directions: Answer the following questions as best you can with your knowledge of Tsuchi, and the Earth. This test is not graded it just shows how far along you are in the element. 1. What are the five earth sub-categories? Earth (rock, dirt, etc.) Metals (Iron, steel, etc.) Greenery/Plant-life Creature (Many find this not so much in Earth than the other categories, primarily since creatures such as fish would be considered Water rather than Earth, and so forth) The fifth one I am unsure of.2. What element can weaken a basic tsuchi base? That solely depends on the type of Tsuchi base one may have. A more defense-oriented tsuchi base would easily withstand the aggressive kasai in head-on combat, for the defense of a tsuchi base would be more than capable, however, while one may be comfortably protected against a straight offensive, it is considerably weaker to a more subtle method, presumably a mizu base, where the opponent will, if you mind my pun, 'flow' around your defenses and strike where you may be weaker.3. What element is at a disadvantage against a tsuchi base? Primarily a kaze base, since most kaze bases touch base with a more strike-and-retreat tactic than a straight-forward offensive as the kasai base would have.4. "The earth surrounds us." Using that phrase, what do you think the tsuchi element could be best used for? A. Long Distance TechniquesB. Air TechniquesC. Immobilization TechniquesD. TaijutsuE. NinjutsuA: This technique does not explain the phrase at all, therefore eliminating this choice as the right answer. B: Of course the phrase above talks about tsuchi techniques, and kuuki isn't even mentioned in it at all, so this choise is eliminated as well. C: This would be the answer that fits best, in my opinion because the phrase "the earth surrounds us" states that earth is encompassing some aspect of person, be it mentally or physically, and immobilization techniques do just that: surround the enemy with earth until one is unable to maneuver, mentally and physically alike. D: Taijutsu pertains more to physical stamina and agility, using the body as your weapon rather than converting one's chakra for techniques. Though this might pertain to the phrase above in the sense that the earth surrounds you in a battle, and one can use that earth as coverage, footing and maneuverability, it is not the best choice out of the list. E: The phrase above could pertain to this one, but a more applicable choice was present, so this one was also eliminated as a choice.5.Which form of Chakra training seems more relative to tsuchi students? A. tree walking B. water walking C. balancing a leaf on you head D. A & CE. All of them are importantOf course all of them would be useful, since one shouldn't structure ytourself with only one or two types of training. In doing so, your strengthen only a certain attribute, while the others will dwindle in comparable usefulness. One must be well-endowed all around in order to be successful in any element.6. If Static is Relative to Rai as a Leaf is Relative to tsuchi, then if Static is relative to a Needle then a leaf (regular spade) is relative to a...? A. KunaiB. Shuriken C. Scroll D. Bomb E. Ninja ToolI chose this answer because the kunai is a structurally sound weapon, able to be used as a projectile as well as a melee weapon. Same can be said for tsuchi: one can either use tsuchi as a defense or hurl it at an opponent. Rai, on the other hand, is more abrupt, being less stable than tsuchi. A needle befits this element because with a needle, one must strike quickly, and with great precision, for if not, then the maneuver was wasted and one would then be open to attack, much so like Rai: quick but vulnerable.I am sorry to say that these next questions I am unable to answer. I know much, but my knowledge is limited, therefore I cannot answer these.7. A Chunin in tsuchi is about to fight a mizu chunin, what are the best tsuchi sub-categories to use? 8. The elements are... With each breath... With every new situation requires imagination being the key to success. It allows the mind to think of a way to change the playing fields no matter what the situation is, there is always a way to give it your all. The last one left is the one with the heart for it and dedication to what they are doing; those who fail from because they are not dedicated have no purpose to win. There is honor in both a lose and a win, a win shows your strengths and what you are getting better at, where as a lose provides room for improvement and learning if you don't die. The elements although different each play a part in a ninja's life, for they must learn about them to know the weaknesses, and strengths and learn to use their abilities to learn for each situation. No matter where you are, with each breath and movement of a ninja body must flow evenly with their element, for if they don't, they will be finished, destroyed, or will never succeed.

"C'mon out whoever you are, return my book to normal at ounce!" Kai commanded patting the ground lightly with his foot. He was prone to the spontaneous actions of the Tsuchi Dojo members but not when it came to his research, no that was another story.
