Spotty paws moved across the ground, blue eyes focused on the gazelle herd.
The leopardess licked her chops, and crept near, fur blending into the grass as she moved in for the kill, eyes fixated on an older, slower gazelle.
It'd be a good meal, and Auri might enjoy not having to hunt for once. Chaka grinned at pleasing her littermate, and lunged.

Blue, white-tipped toed paws crawled through the grass, Kabichi eying the Gazelles intently as they bounded about. Her eyes were on an old one, slower. It'd be a good meal for the cubs; even if they were learning to hunt. Primitus might even appreciate the meal, if he hadn't wandered away again.
Another figure suddenly roared overhead, and a spotty leopardess roared overhead at the Gazelle. Kabichi grimaced, watching her pounce the same gazelle. She certainly wouldn't take food from someone else! She'd find another preybeast....

Chaka hadn't expected the gazelle to attack. The thing clearly had met with predators before, and it reared, twisting and spinning, screaming. Chaka was thrown off, and the beast charged. The female squealed, jumping away as it chased, and breathed, shaking.
The gazelle snorted, turning to trot away when it charged another as she'd lunged for a different passing doe. Chaka rushed, attacking the buck viciously. She sunk her fangs into it's neck, and it soon fell, neck snapped. The lioness looked up, having since killed the doe, and smiled.

Kabichi moved over, sitting before the leopardess, and nodded politely.
"Thank you for your help." The female smiled. The leopardess smiled back.
"You're welcome...."
Kabichi tilted her head.
"What's your name?"
The female shrugged, smiling.
"I'm Chaka. You?"
"Kabichi."

Chaka chuckled.
"I guess we both got what we wanted." The female stretched, lifting the buck's body.
"Hunt here often?" The leopardess grinned, despite the mouthful.

Kabichi nodded slowly.
"Frequently. There's alot of game." She smiled.
Chaka rolled her shoulders, grooming a paw daintily.
"Good. We'll have to hunt together some time."
Kabichi blinked. Such a strange leopard.
"I... Okay?"

Chaka looked pleased, and rose, padding way with her kill.
"We'll have to hunt together some time."
Kabichi nodded slowly as she lifted her own kill.
"I.. Okay... We will."
Both hunters parted ways slowly, pondering, but glad, to a degree, the other had been out there.
