He is like any normal older brother, in the Halliwell family that is. He cares and watches out for his family, but he seems to always watch more of what Paris does then, Parker. He is the average over-protective brother, and doesn't like the fact that his sister is so care-free in choosing her dates.

She can be a rebel, but is also good-hearted, and always wanting her family to stay together so when both her mother and father disappeared she instantly became worried. She is the youngest of her siblings. She tends to disagree with them a lot, mainly because she is the doesn't like to be babysat or treated like a nuissance because she's the only one underage. She likes to play guitar and is aspiring to be a lead singer and guitarist in a band. Although she wishes for these things, she's realistic and knows that being a charmed one would make a that dream nearly impossible. She likes being a witch, and doesn't like the fact that her siblings are always over-protective older brothers.

Eventualy his wife died, but he and his two sons lived on through the dark arts. He faked his death to get away from the sons that annoyed him. Now he has honed his abilities and has become more powerful than the past source. He used his powers to remove all of the children of the charmed ones from the world to ensure evil's survival.
