Well I've Been A member of This Guild For A while now, and I think That some Things Could Be done to improve it:
exclaim First off the guild should get a banner. Or something besides a sign that says"this image has been removed" Even the standard Gaia Guild banner would be ok.
exclaim Subfourms. I think that this guild would be more organized If it had some subfourms. It would also help in keeping people interested in this Guild.
If you have any other suggestions or Ideas, post them here. Maybe we can get the owner's attention.

Perhaps we could post in the Guild section in the Forums about our guild and maybe it will bring in fresh members since Gaia is always growing...
And yes, a banner would be nice biggrin

Hey guys. How are you? I am 1koza/Xiankai and I am one of the crew for this guild. I do appreciate your suggestions for the guild. Keep them coming. New ideas bring new breezes of fresh air. I personally apologize for not coming to the guild often as I am busy in life or on another avi.
On behalf of all of you I will email the powers that be about the banner. You are right, we need to fix that. Also, getting new blood in here is a very good idea. Sometimes I check to see if there are people desiring to come in and when there are some I grant them the priviledge of joining us Japanophiles.
Feel free to suggest to others about our humble guild. I'd really like for it to take off and be very active. Subforms, too, are a snazzy idea. I, for one, would love to have a Japanese food-subforum or a dialect subforum or a subforum to Japanese games-- be they in real life or online (found this cool game where you have to name ALL the Japanese prefectures in like two minutes but the names are all in KANJI!!).
Anyway, please be patient as I try to get the ball rolling for all of us. Feel free to email me if you like. I don't bite. I might go on forever of how I loved living in Japan but I don't bite...unless it is into some unagi sushi. Mmmm.

there could be a um section (or whatever you call what im on now) or 2 for people who teach Japanese who want to learn. there could be another with pics of Japanese life and i mean life. everything, the schools in Japan, how you get there, what you wear in school, im talking about pictures of everything you do and everything you wear and stuff. ill do the same (as soon as i find the hook up for i camera) if anybody has any questions pm me

Contests! Like, name that Kanji and such to get people really interested in learning and such. Having some language role play would also be awesome. Also tackling some of the serious concerns people have if they want to go to Japan one day. For instance, finding a job, foreign policy, and such. That is what will get people, and keep them here. The contests don't have to offer alot of money and there can be an entry fee for people to pay. Have daily, weekly, and monthly contest. It will encourage people to study, and keep them on their toes.
