Hey, so I was wondering....being into the Japanese voice acting way more than North American voice acting, I'd much rather enjoy an episode of Naruto in Japanese with English subtitles.
Question is, how to do watch? Japanese without subtitles, Japanese with subtitles, or the English version? Or maybe some people here even watch with other languages / subtitles ?

I prefer to watch the original Japanese version w/ the subtitles. The American version is just soooo~ooo tainted. The American version is always cleaner and edited in comparison to the original Japanese version. I used to be really into DBZ until I saw the Japanese version and realized that I was being cheated everytime I bought a DVD. The seriously hacked the first 2 episodes of Dragonball Z to death. Ugh, it just makes me so mad just thinking about it.
scream QUIT EDITING!! I've seen and heard worse at school!! I need no PROTECTION!!

Japanese acting w/ english subtitles all the way! Makes me feel more like if I was like a Japanese kid over at Japan and watching it air on T.V. w/ no filters, cool original introductions and watching it the original piece since it's in original work of art. Not modified by the North Americans. English version are always lame. The English version sometimes filter the language and take out the original intro. I don't mind reading so I like the english subs.

Generally I watch it in Japanese with subtitles Like with Trigun for example It just feels like something is missing in english the intensity I guess FMA though, that is a anime that has a great dubbing I can't watch it in japanese and enjoy as much
I suppose I would rather watch it in my native tongue if it has good voice acting that is

I watch Japanese with subtitles because I believe that the characters along with Japanese voice acting seems to fit altogether. Unlike English in which they emphasize and add more drama to their voices.
