Well, Im here to post parts and shiz... My problem is that I can't seem to stop writing even though I have the most important exams of my life now... sweatdrop Im on a mission now to complete the second book of the two, which I first started recording on here. It gets very complicated and I hate having a doctor as a main character as I have to do so much research and its awkward when she is in a different world...*rant over* Hmm, well I just have to focus...

I wrote the night before my SATs, my Stat final and more tests in highschool and college than I can remember. I even wrote when I had a big essay due once in college. As in wrote something besides the essay.
It's important to get that out of your system!
Don't study yourself into a stupor, and you'll do just fine.

I was up writing until one or two on the week of my finals...geeze, I'm terrible.
Like saint_savin said, it's probably a good idea to get it out of your system. Otherwise you might be daydreaming during the tests!
Well, good luck on your exams, and on that story of yours!

Always a good thing.
THREE MORE AND THEN FREEDOM. And prose.

*Waves energetically.* Hi!
Anyway, I always worked on my own projects rather than what I was supposed to be doing for school. Of course, while in school I always ended up doing extra and finishing my work early, so most teachers didn't mind giving me extensions (or blatantly ignoring the fact I didn't turn in smaller homework assignments).
Oh how I miss school.

For whatever reason, I have to take a break from writing if I read a really good book. I get so inspired that my ideas run together and I start getting really surreal XD.
For some reason, that doesn't happen with comics *munches on Black Lagoon*.

20th June 2008 Well, my last exam was this morning so it's all finished so I have two and a half months off school until sixth form to write.
I'm getting near to the finish of my second story in my series and I have already started to plan my next one so it is all cool.
I'm really excited about my next one as it's my first gay story but it's a challenge that really is exciting biggrin
And I loooove how all my sub plots seem to just mix in with the main plot without me knowing.
Magic!

21st June 2008 Well another dreary day in England but its great as I have a meal out with all my friends from school tonight.
My hands are whizzing over this keyboard, eager to write this story and complete it in time for my deadline. biggrin
My friends have given me great feedback on the two books so far so I hope anyone who reads them think the same. Haha a lot of work has been put into these.
Ugh but not much writing tomorrow as I have another meal out with my family sweatdrop

Subplot magic is one of the best kinds of literary magic ever!
That's so wonderful that your series is coming along. It's fitting together too, just like the subplots!
Gay stories aren't that much different from het. At least not to me. Other writers I know have told me that getting the characters involved to interact was actually easier...
Anyway- think of your dinner out as a delightful break. Then get right back to work!

22nd June 2008
Well, I actually had a social life for one night haha and it was fun sucking helium out of balloons and acting like we haven't left school. Its pretty amazing. Had a family meal so they can't complain I'm missing out on them too but everything's good biggrin
Well I'm now going to start my writing for the day, which is probably the only reason I get up in the morning. xd
And to Saint, well it isn't that different as I have tried writing a gay story before but the storyline sucked so hopefully this won't suck too bad.
I'm just stuck with names for the guy's lover sweatdrop

Aha! http://www.20000-names.com/If I might suggest that place for names. Never steered me wrong! Writing is a great reason to get up in the morning.

23rd June 2008Wow that was a really useful site Saint! Thanks.
Welll, another day off...two and a half months off...until sixth form...kill me. Haha, actually I won't complain because I can write much more.
I flicked through some Dark Hunter books to give me a boost of inspiration and hell did it biggrin . I love those books so much.
I decided on the name Ash for my main character's lover name as it kind of suits him and I can always change it if not. Hmm, just gotta get down to writing...

Those books are definitely useful for an inspiring boost.
Mmm, Ash--borrowed from Acheron I presume? *Giggles.* I still love how even the Dark Hunters never really knew his true hair color and what-not. I so can not wait for his book(s) to come out!
