Apple slowly paced along at a comfortable speed. He was at a slow trot. His long tail slowly dragged behind him on the ground as he continued his journey. Where he was going, not even he knew. A silence seemed to surround him. It was a neutral silence, not happy nor sad. The stallion didn't care too much for silence, so he began to hum.
The humming seemed to fill up some of the silence, but it was still there in a way. His grey ears flicked a little, trying to rid themselves of the unwanted silence. Apple hummed a little louder, but there was still silence. Maybe it'd go away later, that or he'd run into someone to help get rid of the silence with.

Unetsiwa's wings fluttered as she floated through the sky. Though it wasn't to high off the ground really, only a few feet. The rather curious soquili discovered she could not fly that high, only to the top of the tree tops. So to conserve her energy, she decided to float not very high up, that way she could keep her normal size form as well.
Her moth like wings kept up the flapping, she hadn't not an idea as to where she was going right now. One of her ears pricked up when she thought she heard something, sounded like humming. Une turned herself slightly and made her way towards the noise, wondering who or what it would be.

The sight of the other made Apple's head tilt to the side a little. Was it a moth? No! It was a soquili. He remembered meeting others with the flutter wings, but this mare's body even matched that of a moth. A smile spread on his face as he approached the mare, still humming to keep the silence away.
His grey eyes looked at her brown ones. Where white would usually be, there was black. This mare must be special. Of course, all soquili were special. Not one seemed to share the same markings... at least none Apple had run into.

The mare was wondering where her wandering was taking her today. Usually she never saw many soquili out on her wanderings, so she had met very few others. Of the few, only one other flutter had she seen, and he had been a moth as well, how funny. Her eyes blinked when she saw another, a stallion that was light in color but had a marking she couldn't make out yet.
Unetsiwa kept on her way and noticed the he was making his way towards her, he was the one humming. Well now the mystery of where the noise was coming from was solved, but now she wondered who he was. Her feet landed softly on the ground as she got closer to the stallion.

Apple's humming slowly came to an end as the two came closer. It seemed that she wanted to talk as well. His smile tugged more at the sides of his mouth now as he thought about what might lie ahead. His mind wandered for only a moment, thinking about the mare that had the horn and the wings. They were once great friends, but slowly seemed to drift apart.
He stopped when he felt he was at a nonthreatening distance from the mare. "Hello there." Was all he said at first, making sure that the mare truly wanted to talk or not. His ends of his long tail laid on the ground behind him and his mane was only about a foot away from the ground below the two of them.

Unetsiwa's ears twitched for a moment as she noticed the stallion's humming ended. She did want to talk, now that she seemed almost sure that perhaps he wanted to speak as well. Besides wondering who this was, her mind also wondered what he as doing out here and why he had been humming. Her eyes drifted a moment to see his marking better, it seemed to be some sort of fruit.
Her steps stopped after his did, her wings also fluttered a moment and laid back some. Une's ears twitched again when he spoke. "Hello to you too. Who are you?" Her voice was a little soft as she spoke.

Apple's ears leaned forwards to make sure that he caught her words. Her voice was soft, maybe she was shy? He shrugged a little at his thoughts then smiled when he caught all her words.
"I'm Apple-oosa, but Apple for short and who are you?" His grey eyes watched her wings for a moment. Their markings were different from what he had seen in the past, they weren't like butterfly wings... more like moth. Compared to him, her markings were as normal as possible.

Unetsiwa blinked as Apple's ears leaned to hear her. Her words were partially soft because she was a little shy. Though she was curious, she hadn't met many others before.
The mare won't voice it but part of his name sounded odd, yet there would have to be a reason for that. "I am Unetsiwa, I don't have anything to call me that is shorter." She chuckled a little and then grinned. Apples, that was what his markings were, it made sense now. She could feel his eyes on her wings for the moment he looked. "You, uh, like my wings?"

His ears stayed facing the mare as he continued to look at her wings. He thought they were very interesting and he hadn't ever seen any like hers before.
When she spoke, his eyes shot back to meet her own eyes. Apple felt a little embarrassed that he was staring. "I'm sure you could come up with something if you wanted." He nodded his head a little at her question. "Yes, they are very unique. I've never seen any like them before... well except for those that moth's have."

Her wings fluttered for a moment while she glanced at him again. It would appear that he was defiantly named for his interesting apple like marking.
Unetsiwa flicked her mane and looked back at the stallion's face. She too had felt a little embarrassed that he had been staring at her wings. "I'm sure I could, though most the fun is someone else picking it for you." She smiled a bit at his comment. "I've only meet another that had a moth pattern like me, well yes besides actual moths."

He let his eyes wander around a little. There weren't many others out around here.
He nodded his head at her comment about others picking it for you. "I picked my nickname." His shoulders shrugged a little and his smile tugged at the corners of his mouth. Apple's grey tail flicked a little and he looked back atthe mare. "Did they look like you, or have different markings?"

Unetsiwa nodded her head as he spoke, well a nickname could come either way she guessed. "Perhaps mine could be Une or something... its shorter." The mare shrugged as well and watched the other. "Hmm, he was similar I guess. Though he was brown and had a curlier mane and tail."

Apple nodded at her name. "Or Net." For some reason that part of her name popped out at him. Moths usually didn't like nets, but this mare had net in her name. He nodded his head at the mare, picturing the stallion in his head. A smile appeared on his face as he felt himself starting to relax around this mare. "Wanna go for a run?" His legs were tight and he wanted to loosen them up a little.

Unetsiwa grinned at his suggestion. "Perhaps, I kind of like that one too." It was sort of a funny suggestion, kind of ironic that the word net was in her name when she was like a moth. The mare did not really mind nets though, they were a tad to small to get her in her normal size. "Sure, I'd think I would enjoy a run."

He smiled and nodded to the mare. His legs began at a walk then slowly worked their way up to a run. Apple glanced towards the mare to make sure she followed him. Today, he would let his legs carry him wherever they pleased. A nice run would clear his head and help him not be so stiff.
