"Hyppogriff"
She said to the fat lady. She waved her hand stubbonly and swung open revaling the Gryffindor Common room. She smiled and walked inside and floped down onto a coutch. She was extremely tired. She stiffled a yawn and watched the fire crackle and burn. A pure white cat jumped up onto her lap and rubbed against her nose, purring loudly. Kayla smiled slightly and stroked the cat
"Hey Meg"
The cat nestled herself down beside Kayla and closed her eyes, still puring loudly.

Daniel Autumn was already in the common room, pouring over his thick novel. He wasn't one for nonfiction; oh no. He was completely obsessed with fictional people in adventures that couldn't possibly happen in this world. He flipped a page, sinking lower into his armchair that was the one farthest away from the fireplace.
A proud pureblood, Daniel had been rather taken aback, even insulted when he was chosen for Gryffindor. His entire family line (Except, of course, his sister Alyssa, who was a Squib) had been in Slytherin, thus he showed his disdain for his peers almost all the time.
However, he was now in his sixth year, the one before the last. He has some plans for the future; perhaps a Ministry job, or maybe even that of a novelist. But nothing really big yet. Flipping another page, he glanced up casually at the other people in the common room, then went back to his novel, his eyes - one gray, one brown - continued to scour the page.

Kayla scanned the room quickly, resting her eye's for a second on Daniel, and then looked back down at her cat. She sighed and stared back into the fire wondering when she was going to make herself get up and go down to the great hall for some supper. Her eyes grew heavy and shut a few times, but she opened them up and looked around. She decided to go get some food, and then go straight up to her dorm afterwards. She picked up Meg and placed her down on the ground and walked out of the common room towards the great hall.

Daniel looked up to notice that most of the people in the common room were filing out. Glancing at the clock, he noticed that it was almost time for dinner.
I might as well ditch dinner. But then again, I''m kind of hungry... He scowled at himself for allowing him to even think of that momentary weakness. Stashing his books into his bag, he stood, joining the mass of others to get out into the halls.

Trinity ran up to the Fat Lady, panting, "Hyppogriff!" When the door opened, she rushed inside with all of her books. She didn''t want to be late to dinner, so she just sat all of her luggage down on the common room floor and ran back out to dinner.

Kayla walked down into the commen room from her dormitory. She was carrying quite a large load of books. Her long curly hair fell down ontop of her books, and slightly into her face. For a fraction of a second, she wanted to pull it out of her face, but then was quickly reminded by the heavly weight of the books that if she did so, they would fall. She walked up to the enterance way and pushed the door open with her foot. The fat lady glared at her as she walked by
"Next time use your hands! I don't want dirty foot prints on my beautiful frame."
Kayla rolled her eyes and kept walking towards the library.

"Cannot wait until classes begin again," Daniel said sullently to himself as he stalked up to the Fat Lady. "Hyppogriff!" he said impatiently, climbing into the common room as quickly as possible. The sooner the school year went by, the better, in his opinion. He couldn''t wait to be rid of this place. He honestly did understand why some people enjoyed being there. Maybe it was just the incurably hopeless. Or mudbloods. That could be a factor.

With a full stomache, Trinity headed back up to the Gryffindor common room. "Hyppogriff!" she said as she reached the fat lady. She headed into the room, in no rush, she had nothing to do that night. She wanted to make some new friends, though. That was one thing she really liked. She also had to un-pack, but she was in no rush to do that. She walked over to couch and hopped down, bouncing back up as she landed. She looked around the room, remembering her years here, and how great they were.

Kayla woke up with a yawn. She rubbed her eyes and then looked around. It had to be at least 2 in the afternoon! She had slept her whole day away! She quickly got up and got dressed into her robes. She walked down the stairs into the common room. She looked around. Still no sign of her sister... maybe she got put into another house? She hadn't talked to her all week.
Jeremy walked into the common room. He seen Kayla and gave a sly smile.
"Hey Kayla. How are you to-... OH MY GOD IS THAT A SPIDER!"
Kayla squeeld and whipped around pointing her wand to here he had pointed. Nothing there. She put her wand away, feeling foolish. She the turned around at him, glaring at him
"You're really asking for it..."
She pulled her wand back out of her pocket and cast a Bat-Bogey Hex on him. With a sly smile and a wave, she left out the common room door towards the great hall.
Jeremy flew his hands up in the air and swatted at the bat like creatures circuling is head and swooping down at him.
Stupid sister...
He thought agitatedly to himself.

"Damn it get off of me!!"
Jeremy was getting annoyed. He pulled out his wand and pointed it up.
"Imperio!"
He called out. The creatures froze in mid air, and slowly dissapeared. He shook his head and and placed his wand back into his pocket
I was just having some fun... she doesn't need to go do a bat bogey hex on me for that! there wasn't even a spider there...

Trinity woke up, yawning and stretching. She looked around and saw that she was in the same place she had been last night! She hadn't ever moved to her bed, and she had fallen asleep on the couch in the common room! Why had no one woken her up? She didn't really care, but she was really hungry. She sat up, and looked at her watch. It was already 2:30! She had totally overslept, but it didn't really matter. She got up and went upstairs to finally unpack.

Jeremy stalked back into the common room. After getting hung by his ankle by his first year little sister, he didn't feel quite as good towards himself. He shook his head and flopped down on a chair by the fire, staring into the flickering flames.
Kayla walked down the stairs of her dorm into the common room. She seen Jeremy and walked over to him, sitting down beside him.
"Whats up bro?"
She asked him. she could tell he wasn't in a mood to be teased, so she didn't even try. It may seem like the two are always fighting, but being twins, they had a close bond with each other, and were serious when it came down to important things.

Jeremy looked at Kayla and shrugged. He didn't really want to tell her, but knew she would get it out of him anyways.
"Lets just say Celeste got the best of me in the corridors..."
He let out a sigh, and a slightly evil look appeared on his face
"She can't beet me... I'll get even!"
Kayla held in a laugh and shook her head
"Oh Jeremy, It's Celeste were talking about! She's just making up for the tourment that we gave her when we thought she was a squib.."

Jeremy gave a slight smile out of the corner of his mouth and nodded
"yea, I guess we didn't treat her the best.."
He suddenly felt slightly sorry for Celeste. He shook it off and leaned back on the coutch. He then looked back over at his sister
"So, what do you have on Monday?"
Kayla shrugged her shoulders
"I think I got potions... joy"
She said sarcasticly. The one class she didn't get good marks in. Snape seemed to hate her... which was fine with her, seing as she hated him as well.
