I love angelic pretty's clothes but their sizes seem way to big for my chest >.> I found like all the busts are like 35 in...and that's like 3 in to big for meXD Does anyone know anything on this? are some of them smaller?

A few questions:
How old are you and are you done growing?
What pieces are you looking into?
+ Do they have lacing in the back?
+ Do they have shirring?
+ Are you looking at the max measurement when there's a range available?
Also, having a blouse be a bit big in the bust is really no big deal at all; it gives your arms room to move around. JSKs and OPs are a slightly bigger problem, but still manageable. A few of the blouses I have [one from Baby, one from Meta] are a bit too large for me, but look fine when put on; especially under a JSK.

You should be okay, then. (:
That dress has corset lacing, shirring AND waist ties. Chances are, the measurement they gave is a bit over-generous and you'll fit just fine. Even if they aren't, you can make it fit a bit better with the lacing ribbons and the waist ties.
If you're still uncertain, you could try posting a sizing request on EGL or the Angelic Pretty fan community [Angelic Poodle].
