this is the training grounds were the amekagure villagers train and work on their techniques along with other shinobi of the village.

Keiji enter the area as he made sure this place is completly secure so now one can witness him train for his new technique "I was only able to see him use this technique once but from viewing it he required a large quantity of chakra maybe its time for me to complete his legacy" Keiji entered his heaven seal second state as he sprout wings "the wings can be used for the medium but I never tried this before in second state I hope this will not cause any negative effects" Keiji sat down and remained perfectly still quiet to the natural energy surrounding him as it starts to accumulate around keiji then he dark rings formed around his eyes as a few warts formed on his skin as he entered his senin state "now lets try to complete this technique" Keiji's new required reserves of natural chakra supplied him with enormous amounts of raw energy and power "now to finely tuned the power" Keiji's cursed seal wings spread out wide as it seems Keiji was converting the natural energy swelling inside him into lightning chakra accumulating arround his wings as his wings was enveloped in lightning chakra which made a static like appearence as the sensation felt too much on his wings keiji rolled over and his curse mark receded into his shoulder as Keiji toppled over.

Keiji layed for a moment as his senjutsu chakra healed over his wounds while he got up on his feet again.
"as expected I was not going to get the technique on the first try but lets do it again"
Keiji entered his second state again as focused converted the natural chakra on his wings again as the lightnign chakra became more stable and concentrated while Keiji tries to maintain the formation of lightning chakra over his wings as the static forms of electricity forms over his wings and appeared in a more solid static shape until the chakra slowly disapeared and keiji was exhausted from maintaining the form as he reverted to his first state.
"just as predicted my body isnt quite adapted to using this form yet but if he was able to do it then I should be able to as well" Keiji got back and focused the formation of natural lightning chakra over his wings.

a few hours later a huge flash of light appeared arround the area as in the instant it was gone you see a crater with a large accumulation of electricity flowing over someones body as the figure appeared to be keiji topless receeding from his curse seal level 2 form "the technique is almost complete I believe I call it Chidori Albion".

A person in an akatsuki cloaks awaits in the area for his student to arrive "hmm I hope she is not late in comming here" the man seemed patient.

An hour had passed since Uzumaki Keiji had given Arka her instructions. She threw open the doors of the training room and stepped in. Her head was down, as usual. She looked like a lost puppy... "I suppose I am to train...?" she muttered.

the person turned arround and it seemed to be a young boy about here age with several facial piercings "hmm you arrived on time Akra now its time that we should work on your training" this young man seems entirely different from keiji in physical appearence but somehow its Keiji underneath as they both have the same Rinnegan eyes.

Arka sighed and looked up. With a quick flick of her head, she brushed her bangs from her face and cracked her neck. She took in a deep breath and held it. As she held her breath, her irises started to move. They moved like padlocks, about to let loose something... She exhaled. "Shall we...?"

Keiji was surprised that she didnt reacted to his complete drastic change in appeareance "well it seems nothing gets pass you now but you got to relax its no fun if your depressed all the time" Keiji simply put one hand up as a signal to start the training battle.

His comment caught her off guard. Relax...? She wasn't used to such treatment. "As you wish..." Her tone of voice had picked up to a much more, seductive pitch.
Arka jolted toward Uzumaki Keiji. As she ran, her left hand slid to a pocket in her jacket. She pulled out a tiny vial of water and crushed it. The glass shattered and tore into her flesh, but the water was now free. She quickly preformed a few hand signals, ending with the tiger. The water droplets seemed to flatten out into needles and follow after her...

Keiji placed his palm out forward as he simply mutterd "I guess I got to make sure you dont get yourself killed Shinra Tensei" A strange powerfull force of repulsion blasted back the water needles behind Arka along with her.

Arka skidded to a halt and crossed her arms. The blast threw her back, along with her needles. The water hit the wall first, shattering on contact. Arka then hit. Instead of slamming into the wall, her feet mounted the wall. She stood against it with her head tilted up so she could still see him.
She giggled and walked up the wall to the ceiling, then fell. She twirled a few times, then landed back on the ground. As she did so, the water droplets hovered back to her.

Keiji merely stared at akra and smiled Kindly "the technique which I used on you is Shinra Tensei its this body's Rinnegan Skill I want to see how well you fare against it" Keiji merly lift his hand again and then by a strange gravitational pull he is pulling akra closer towards him.

Arka smirked. Each of the water drops exploded into steam. Instead of fighting against the gravitational pull, she threw herself into it. The steam gave her cover as she neared Uzumaki Keiji. Arka halted in front of him for a split second and giggled. Grabbing his shoulder, she threw herself into the air, vanishing in the steam again. She continued to appear in front of him, or to his side, waiting for his next move.

keiji was slightly surpised at her use of suiton techniques "not bad but at the same time not really effective but then agian when fightning a force like gravity and repulsion its something that you cant really defeat" Keiji open both hands as he used his Shinra Tensei again as he exerted a huge repulsion force from his centre which blasted everything in the vincinity arround him including the steam itself.
