Alright everyone here THEY are. Yes, I have uploaded 4 different formats. They are separated by st*rs.
First section is for those that are Senshi/Knights.
Second is for Guardian Animals (Cats and such).
Third is for non heros/non villians.
Forth is the Villians.
Remember, fill out completely the section that partains to you. Not filling out completely does not mean your character will not be approved.

Henshin Item: A red crystal with the symbol of Mars attached to her chocker., which becomes the gem on her tiara.
Transformation Phrase: Fire Valkyrie Power, Make Up. *Still in the works*
Fuku/Outfit: Her fuku, like most Valkyrie senshi fukus look almost like those of normal senshi, but with a few differences. Her fuku's skirt is longer on one side than the other, coming down to the side of her knee before coming back up to normal length on the other side. Her shoulder armor is much like the Sailor Fukus from the Super S seris, but there are three clear flairs that come out to a point, trimmed in red. The ends of her tiara also have three feathers coming out of the ends just behind her ears. The feathers for Sailor FireStorm look as though they are on fire. (I can make a picture if I need to.)

Mars Flame Sniper –
Just the same as Sailor Mars' attack.
Raining Crimson Flame -
Sailor FireStorm shoots a single arrow into the sky. When it comes down, it separates into smaller flame arrows to give the effect of it raining fire.
Flame Skin -
Sailor FireStorm's entire body will combust into flames. The flames do not burn her, but it will burn anyone else that comes near her. This is a defensive move and she can't move. This move does not last very long either.

Mars Crimson Bow -
A bow made entirely of fire. The flame from the bow does not burn, and it burns eternally as long as she holds it.
~Background~
Hikari was born half vampire, half human. Since she was born into a world where yonmas rules most of the planet, she was immediately outcast from the village she was born in when her secret was reviled. Though she didn't feed on humans, but rather yonmas, she was still outcast and had to fend for herself at the young age of 9. She traveled alone, hunting yonmas until she reached Japan at the age of 14. It was the day she arrived that she found out she had powers and also recruited by other Senshi. She became second in command in the group of senshi she was with and was the leader of the Valkyrie Senshi. Time later, she would meet new allies and enemies until the day she came to Earth where Sailor moon existed. She learned about her past life from Saturn Knight, who came from the future some time ago, and that she looked just like her past life twin, Rei. As the female Knight of Mars, she faithfully follows Lone's plan to train the senshi to make sure Rei, Sailor Mars, returns to her throne.

A customized glaive that looks just like the Silent Glaive Sailor Saturn uses, only the bottom end has the blade of a scythe instead of a spear point like Saturn's.
~Background~
Hibiki was always alone in the Palace of the Saturn Kingdom. His mother, Sailor Saturn was always to busy to spend any time with him when he was young. (Unrest in the Saturn Kingdom caused his mother to tend to the needs of the Kingdom instead of her son.) He was also much younger than the Gemstone Senshi so he was never old enough to be involved in anyone's games. On a fateful day, he found a device within his mother's room and was teleported across space and time until he had appeared in an alternate dimension where Lone existed. He tried to return home, but was unsuccessful. Instead, he joined Lone and his team of senshi in their goals.
When it came to the time that he returned to the Earth he knew and came from, he told Lone and everyone everything he knew about Sailor Moon and her senshi. (This is how Lone knows so much about Sailor Moon and everyone.)

Maybe he could go and see Rei. 'Maybe she knows of a good place to stay.' Takura thought to himself as he stared out his window towards the temple.

Transformation (what does it look like?): She grabs the pendant, either breaking the chain it's on or taking it off properly, whichever suits the situation, and raises it into the air, shouting her henshin phrase. It glows light blue and floats upward, leaving her hand and enlarging as it turns to a horizontal position. It spins and lowers, her body going "through" it (if you've seen G Gundam (Can't remember the Japanese title), think of how they were "suited up" for battle, this is similar) and her clothing transforming into her fuku. Once her entire body has passed through the light blue disk, it shrinks and resolidifies, spinning and spiraling upward until it rests in the center of her bow. Her finishing pose consists of her standing sideways, legs apart, right arm hanging straight with the hand balled into a fist, her left arm bent so that her fist is over her head, holding the Pasha noose, and her eyes aimed through the noose's "circle" with a near-defiant expression.
Fuku/Outfit: White bodice and gloves with light blue trim, light blue collar with two white stripes, light blue front and back bow (back bow has what looks like white pom-poms hanging off of it (kinda makes her look like she's got a short tail XD)), light blue skirt with white stripes, white heels with fastening ribbons that criss-cross up the leg to her calves, silver tiara with a light blue stone, simple light blue stud-type earrings.

Healing Rain
She sits by and holds the injured person's head in her lap or against her chest, closing her eyes and tilting her head towards the sky with a serene expression, saying the attack phrase calmly. Light blue motes of energy float down from the sky, healing the person and restoring their energy.
Makara Shield (defensive)
She stands sideways, holding out her right hand and shouting the attack name. Light blue sparks of energy flow towards the palm of her right hand, gathering into a ball that fires off, taking the shape of a dolphin-like creature with elongated fins that flips in the air, snapping it's tail, dispersing into a translucent, light blue tinted half-circle style shield over her and anyone near her (holds up for one hit)
Westward Entanglement (offensive)
She stretches her right hand towards the west, waving it back towards the enemy as she shouts the attack name, and light blue ribbons of energy snake from the west, trapping the enemy and exploding
Guardian: Eadfrith, from Varuna
Past: Lived in the Rasa Castle on Varuna with her guardian Eadfrith, staying out of royal affairs out of fear of bringing war to the Kuiper Belt region, even though war fell to the area anyway, came to Earth/Gaia after she and Eadfrith felt a "pull" calling to them from the area, upon transforming for the first time to save a helpless person from a mugger, she pushed too far and ended up killing the mugger, which has made her afraid to use her powers, almost reluctant to do so, has a thing for randomly appearing with one or more of Eadfrith's belongings from their castle, lending them to people no matter how much he protests.
