Well do you remember that earthquake that hit China. Japan postponed episode 9 because the plotline is dealing with Zero causing an earthquake and the 11's moving to China. So really they postponed the episode because they didn't want the storyline to overlap with current events...
But to make up for it there's gonna be an hour long episode one June 8th.

The four groups subbing R2 have all released their subs for Ep 9.
And, not spoiling anything outright, but an old familiar villain returns at the end of the episode. >:3
