This small part of the City is full of Chemical shops for those busy Alchemists. The streets are cobbled and full of low grade Carbon vendors, and even some Gunpowder vendors; the Buildings on either side are also shops in which dangerous explosive powders and liquids can be found. The street stretches for about five-hundred feet, and is full of small alleys where the less Legal chemicals are sold; most of them were defective and just a rip off but if you were an Expert of Alchemy you could tell the massively destructive powders from the fakes.

Smoke plooms from every chimney and on occasion doorways, and the middle of the road is packed with potential Alchemists looking for beginner's Materials, the only notice-able shop is the one in the least crowded part, which is quite small and in an alley, this is where General Lucian used to get his Supplies before he found them himself; it wasn't a good shop but people went for the novelty.
