EXTRA! EXTRA!

EXTRA! EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT!!
CHRISTIANITY HAS FALLEN!!!
LOST TO FALSE PROMISES OF PLEASURE AND JOY!
APOCALYPSE SURE TO COME SOON!!
Hold up, back track, how did this attack come to surpass?
Did we take too many sips from the flask?
Well that’s what’s gonna happen when you sit back and relax,
The devil is gonna start to dash and all of the bad will no longer be just “part of the past”,
It’s all gonna flare up like the gangster’s way of saying “wassup” to the crew,
Of a rival hood and when he’s gotten through,
All you’re gonna see are bodies on the floor all black and blue…
But it doesn’t have to be this way,
You can say “nah! I ain’t gonna let you Play
with the lives of all my friends on any day!
YOU LISTEN TO ME IN JESUS NAME, EVERYTIME I PRAY
BECAUSE IN JESUS’S MIGHTY NAME, I BIND YOU AWAY!!
Away from my friends, and away from my family,
for always and that means EVERYDAY!
In Jesus name you back down,
You ain’t gonna reach anyone together or standing alone,
Because we ain’t gonna tolerate another Al Capone!”
I’m so tired of hearing this radio box
Tell me of flocks and flocks of people,
Throwing more and more gigantic rocks,
At the peace keeping, life saving cops,
Just because they’re trying to stop bad things like,
Crack and attacks, but people keep throwing smacks,
And burning flags just because the devil asks,
And here you are sitting back, chosen to relax,
And are letting someone else try to pick up YOUR slack……….
………and you wonder why today’s news is so grim,
don’t like the headline? CHANGE IT!

something tells me you wouldn't like some of my stuff, and since none if it is christian i will refrain from posting any of it. for the rocord people chuck rocks at police for things like attempting to stop protests and blindly following orders given by the city that teh people are protesting. oh that and the hoses and billy clubs and teargass and dogs.

yes sometimes but not all the time, the police come out during a riot and to prevent total chaos, like when people are breaking into stores and flipping cars in a riot, the the police come out with their riot shields to protect innocent people minding their own business and get pelted with rocks and such, i have three family members in the police force

Rain of Grace:

The words You speak,

O Father,

Bring a rain of grace to

Your children,

You've spoken,

You've protected me,

Given everything I need,

When I do nothing to deserve it,

Let Your rain of grace

wash the tears from my eyes,

Hold me, tell me that You'll never

leave me on my own

O Father, You've spoken.

Blood.
By Thomas Coffin

Floors and walls and ceilings
Painted crimson for the damned
Thousands brought to slaughter
For the sake of The One Lamb

How can you begin to justify
The stains on robes and hands
Behind your defaced pulpit
Is this where the rightious stand

Perverions of the truth
Backed by holy men
And always without question
An army follows them

Who is wrong and who is evil
Who is dark and who is light
You will sit and call it faith
I see two thousand year old blight

Just quit the fight embrace yourself
Don't deny what is true
You say you fight the Devil
But the Devil lives in you.

i told you my poetry isn't Christian but this would probably be the one that sums up my feelings towards Christianity the best.

You actually make some valid points about how Christians have drifted away from the teachings of Jesus over the centuries. I don't agree with the line about quitting the fight, but all humans do have a sinful nature, which is, I suppose, why people have done some really foul things in the name of their respective religions. However, Christ tells us not to judge others, as we all are sinful. Since humanity, when left to its own devices, has a tendency to do that which is harmful, I believe that it is wise to obey the teachings of a God who is loving and knows what is best for each person. However, I do not believe that Christ called us to blindly follow the teachings of other Christians, but to follow His teachings. Needless to say, many Christians have lost sight of what is really important. The best way to deal with anyone, really, is with love and understanding. Hate sin, but do not hate the sinner.

i was thinking of adding Ave Satanas to the end, all by it's self.
