After the class room and filling out paperwork, a haircut, the phone call home telling mom & dad you are alright you filter into a room that has tables separated by dividers in the center of the room and on the wall of the room. There is not enough for the entire platoon, so the remainder are awaiting you all to finish your inventory of the items. A female in utilities gets up on the top of the center table where there is a little walk way. She indicates that she is in charge of seeing that you recruits don't mess this up and get all of the junk you are about to sign for. She starts tossing stuff to each recruit in order. A shaving kit containing a razor, some extra blades, bar soap, shaving cream, anti-fungal powder, 5 pairs of wool socks, 5 pair of sock liners, 5 pairs of underdrawers, recruit knowledge books, green t shirts, utility pants, tops, and a belt along with the extra gear you need to start recruit training. After that is passed out she leaves and the Drill Instructor comes in telling you all to put on 1 set of uniform and indicates how to wear it.
For this next step of your initial in-processing we are going to cover with you is the initial issue of equipment.

Make a post (while wearing the gear) saying, "Sir, I have my initial issue." A reply post will be made by adminstrative personel affirming your statement.
If you can not afford to get all of the items, we will help you out but certain conditions will be met. (Note** Because of the cost of the initial issue we are not giving it away free as even in the USMC you pay for your own gear.. it comes out of your first few paychecks. Someone else had to pay for it so here is how this will work.)
This uniform is considered Guild property (c/o of General Yamagashi) and you must sign a contract stating that you will return the uniform or equal compensatory gold value to the Guild Captain upon request. The contract is below. Copy it, paste it in your reply, replacing the parentheses with the appropriate information. This will constitue you signing this contract.
Start the post saying, "Sir I need the following items,..list of what you need (feel free to copy what you need from above)
You will then copy the following statement into your post;FILL THIS FORM OUT TO RECIEVE A UNIFORM ISSUE! I Recruit (Fill in your Username) acknowledge that the uniform issued to me by The Guild of Marines Captain, Yamagashi, is property of the Guild of the Marines.
I understand that once I am able to cover the total cost of what has been provided that I must do so.
I acknowledge that this uniform may be repossesed by the Guild Captain at any time, and I must return it without question.
If I do not return this uniform or equal compensatory gold if so requested, I understand that I will be instantly and permenantly banned from the Guild of Marines, affiliated guilds will be notified of this, and will be reported to GaiaOnline officials to be dealt with as appropriate.

The administrative personel will acknowledge your post, submit it up the chain of command, and within a few days you should have use of the uniform. Put it on and make a following post indicating,
"Issue Recieved"
We will track the trades/mail notifications until you have either returned it or paid for it. Upon it being returned or paid for, the adminstrative personel here will make a post indicating as such and clear you of your obligation.
