Plot

Basically, exactly what the title is saying.

The setting is Kintawa High School [Made up from off the top of my head! Heh...], mostly. All the Yu Yu Hakusho characters are high schoolers, even the ones originally junior high schoolers. [Don't worry about grades and whatnot. I'll put that down on the Cannon Character post.]

No three worlds but powers are allowed.

So, yeah. There are many Love Triangles that cause chaos in the school. [Or will, when we roleplay it out. ^^] The next post is where our Love Triangles and Intended Pairs will be.

Yusuke Urameshi- 9th
Yusuke Urameshi is a freshman at Kintawa High School. How he passed Junior High with his frequent absences are a mystery to all but he managed it, somehow. Being a new year, he's being pressured by his mother to try and pass with more than just barely passing grades. Though he was a punk in his old school, he'll have to watch out for the Upperclassmen and watch that easily flaring temper of his.

At the moment, he and Keiko Yukimura seem to be together but, considering all the new freshman coming to Kintawa, they may not be together for very long.

Kazuma Kuwabara- 9th
Kazuma Kuwabara has also succeeded in passing Junior High and now goes to Kintawa as a freshman as well. Friend of Yusuke, he hopes that he might meet someone and have a relationship like his more popular friend. He also hopes to beat Urameshi one day, though he doesn't really act it, he still thinks of Yusuke as his rival in the aspects of fighting.

Youko Kurama- 12th
Yes, Youko Kurama shall have a chance to see what school life is like. He is a senior at Kintawa High and the most popular guy in school. He's also the top hottie of the "Kintawa Girl's Hottie" list. He's been quite the attention getter ever since his entrance to Kintawa High though it doesn't really faze him all that much. He, along with his friend Hiei Jaganshi, is highly respected in this school. They are the top Seniors and are often crowded around[Well, Youko is, anyway].

During his sophomore year, a freshman girl named Kirei Hiwata caught his eye. She grew quite popular herself, her open and friendly personality quite attracting to the student body and she became highly respected as well. Despite his usual forwardness, he kept his growing feelings for her a secret, remaining a close friend instead and nothing more.

Hiei Jagnashi- 12th
Hiei Jaganshi... in school? Yup! He's a senior at Kitawa and second on the "Kintawa Girl's Hottie" list. Despite the attention he gets from his fellow Seniors and Underclassmen, he chooses to stay out of the spot light and let his friend, Youko Kurama, get crowded with annoying fan guys and girls. He still retains that anti-social, brush-offish attitude and hardly ever interacts with others unless he needs to. Fortunately for him, this helps create space between his fan girls and has left him single for the past three years.

However, this is a new school year and anything can happen. Perhaps there will be a brave girl who will get passed those walls and gain his friendship... or more.

Kuronue- Teacher
He is a new teacher who has taught... science [I have no idea why I put this but... Oh well... -Shrugs-] for only one year. He hopes to be accepted by both students and teachers alike, to develop more friendships between them if he can.

He has befriended one of the Math teachers, her name being Botan. He has also come to like the principle [For you Yaoi and Shonen ai people... Not in a wanting-to-date-him kind of way. Only friends!] He senses no hostility from him at all and is unaware of it. He’s great friends with Botan though he’s not sure of what type of relationship they are in.

Touya- 11th
Ah yes, our Ice Master. It is his junior year here at Kintawa High and one of those top five hot guys. [I think he is! Though Kurama will always be my favorite. ^^] He's never really been in a relationship with a girl because he never really talked much to others. Though he has his sights set for someone who he thinks doesn't know he exists, a [freshman or sophomore] named [Name of MU 5]. He hopes to become a little more social by then, to talk to her and maybe become friends. That's what he's hoping for now.

Shishiwakamaru- 12th
Another on the top hottie list. [Hey, pretty boy is kind of cute.] Shishiwakamaru is one of those rich kids who look down on others not of his same status. [He certainly acts haughty. No offense Shishi fans! ^^;] Last year, a girl by the name of Genkai had started at the school as a freshman. She certainly wasn’t of his own status but he treated her differently from all his other fan girls. He can’t admit that he likes her though he has made a friend out of her and hoping for more.

[MU 6, he has his sights set on Genkai for now but that will change throughout the roleplay. Or, it should, anyway. Genkai should end up with Toguro. P.S. I love that pairing!]

Karasu- 12th
Well, he certainly has a lot of fan girls though is not very well trusted by teachers and parents. He’s one of those guys who have a different girl almost every week, using them then dumping them.

Maybe this year will be different. He might find a girl he actually likes... It is a new year, after all.

Toguro- 11th
Hmm... He has fan girls though he also is a popular guy. Guys befriend him due to how strong he is as well as how he seems to get along with everyone. [He would have been a nice guy to know if the tournament hadn't screwed with his mind and if he weren't the bad guy, in my opinion, anyway.]

He's had a few girlfriends but they never stayed long since he was mostly interested in training and not what they were interested in. He thought all girl were like that until a girl named Genkai had joined the student populace. He had found out that she owned her own temple and loved to train there. The two became friends quickly though that's it.

Maybe this year something will happen? Who knows...

Koenma- Principle
Ah, Principle Koenma. He has been principle for only five years. Most students like him, well, the female portion of the school and some guys. Others make trouble to him though he’s not that strict on rules. When he is strict though, all the students respect him. This young principle has astounded the other principles in the district due to his students love for him. [Heh... Don't get on my case for this, I'm just typing what comes to mind... ^^;]

As of late, he has become very close to a teacher, by the name of Botan, who teaches Math [Again, I have no idea why I put this...]. The two, accompanied by Kuronue, often eat out to lunch and whatnot. He isn’t too fond of Kuronue but Botan is good friends with him so he doesn’t really show it.

Keiko Yukimura- 9th
Our smart girl who is childhood friends with Yusuke and an acquaintance of Kuwabara has also entered Kintawa High. She hopes to help Yusuke better in school as well as hold the relationship she has with him. She hopes no other girl catches Yusuke's eye.

[Heh, whoever is her may have a conflict with my character... Ah well. She and Yusuke end up together anyways. ^^]

Yukina- 9th
Our soft spoken Ice Maiden is also in this school. Living with Genkai due to her mother passing away due to heart failure and not even knowing who her father is, she is doing pretty good despite all these unfortunate mishaps in her life.

Before her mother died, she was informed of an older brother that she had. She had begun to search for him, no picture or name to go on, just knowing that he was also an ice demon who would probably be like her. She hoped to find him since he would be the last family she had.

Botan- Teacher
She has been a teacher here for around five years, give or take a few years. She’s quite an open teacher as well as someone who will often listen to your problems and give you serious as well as silly advice, each when she thinks its necessary. She’s mostly a pretty cool teacher and hardly one to snap though when she does you might have to watch out...

She’s quite fond of her teacher career as well as her colleagues. She loves the company of two in particular. The principle, Koenma, and the slightly new teacher, Kuronue. She isn’t really thinking too much about a love relationship with either though has become good friends with them

Genkai- 10th
Genkai, out soft spoken yet spunky pink haired girl is coming to Kintawa High for the second time this year. She has met with one of the top students in the school, Kirei Hiwata, and became great friends with her.

Bringing in a freshman, she hopes to help Yukina with her problems through school as well as hopes that Yukina and Kirei become good friends and Kirei will help the ice maiden as much as she had helped her.

On the other side of her life, she’s quite anxious to see a few upperclassmen she had befriended last year. Both didn’t seem to know the other and she’d think it were better off that way. She wasn’t sure about it but she thinks that the two might like her and there would certainly be a conflict that wouldn’t be good since both were great fighters, in their own way. She wondered just exactly was going on between her and these two guys.

Made-up Character Profiles

Gaian Username: Kirei_A.K.A._Fox_Maiden
Character Name: Kirei Banyuki
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Grade: Junior
Description:
Kirei has long, silver hair that reaches just past her rear, always put up in a semi-high ponytail with a white ribbon. Her slightly over grown bangs fall in front of silver eyes. She has a creamy, pale, peach complexion; meaning skin tone. She's around 5'4" and weighs about 110 pounds, give or take a few pounds.

When not at school, she'll usually wear a white outfit consisting of a long sleeve tops and a skirt that stops at mid thigh. White leather boots that stops just above her ankle, white stockings that stop at mid thigh.
Personality:
She's naturally friendly and out going though not even tempered. She's not to easy to set off but persistent idiots have actually got her to that point and the ending result wasn't pretty. It took around a month for those dummies to defrost and recover from the fever they had received from being frozen.

Though despite her icy powers, she is quite a warm person. Willing to be helpful where ever she can. Gain her trust and you will have a fiercely loyal friend for the rest of your life. Break that trust and it will be hard to regain it, as kitsunes aren't easily trusting to begin with.
History:
Kirei was born to a wealthy Japanese family in a hospital located in Mushiyori City. She went to the expensive private schools that her parents could afford and even more. Even though she could get everything she wanted, she wasn't a spoiled brat like most rich kids. She only got what she needed and barely wanted anything with the exception of a few things-- but they were only for school.

She has quite a few friends, always has. She tries to treat everyone nicely but not everyone is quite as nice as she'd like them to be. She never liked others being picked on and would often protect those who are. She's never good to anger, having been trained in martial arts, ninjitsu, kendo and archery. She's mostly excelled in martial arts and archery besides her natural kitsune koorime powers.

She's been going to Kintawa High School ever since she was a freshman. She's made many friends there, just like all her other schools and is usually praised by many of the teachers even when she doesn't like the attention. She's liked an upperclassman, named Youko Kurama, ever since she got there. She was never sure of his feelings towards her but she hoped they were the same.

Personality:
She can be a bit moody and antisocial, but at other times she can be really sweet. Different things will get different reactions... depending on who you are and what exactly you did.. She can be very stubborn as well, refusing to listen to even good advice... She can be a naive at times but inwardly she can be sort of smart. Again, it all depends on her environment.
History:
Born to The wealthy siren Ashori and a priestess of Apollo, Ashira is the youngest of three. She has two brothers; Jeran, who is married and has children of his own and Arion, who now explores the world searching for Ashori's killers. Ashori was killed in a supposed raid back when Ashira was young, but Ashira and Arion believe he was targeted specifically. Ashira's true home lies on a small island off the coast of Greece, hidden by storms frequenting the area. Ashira doesn't really get along with her mother, who is very overbearing and left home, taking a job at a bar, hoping to gain her independence. Considering her age however, she should have been in school. Koenma found out her age and got her to come to school. She doesn't like it? But there's not much she can do... ^^;

Description:
Gray peasant shirt under a crimson, waist-length sleeveless tunic. Tight black pants and little gray ankle high, traveling boots. On her hips were two belts, both angled as to make an 'x' on one side. From these belts hung a curious number of things, most of which will be explained later. As this was the first day of High school, she decided to leave her favorite article at home, a very odd, motley gray, feather cloak. They looked like barn owl feathers. Which as she reminded herself was a pain in the a** to take off.
Personality:
Saki, a hopeless romantic, is extremely cynical. She pretty much has it in for the human race. Not surprisingly, she's not human. Saki is a Shatter ghost, a being that is neither Demon nor Human. She barely registers on any magical devices as nothing was ever really made to catch a ghost. She always dresses like a blast from the way past to shock everyone. Hell, if it shocked the seniors when I was a freshman, than its bound to shock freshman when I’m a sophomore
History:
The first of her kind, Saki can manipulate all 5 elements to use as weapons or other wise. Her emotions are strongly linked to her powers. She can travel between the dream realm and reality. Upon her first attempt to enter the dream realm, she failed. As a result her eyes have completely changed colors. The left one is silver and the right one is gold. She currently has two demons spirits living in her mind, Nichilo (male) and Lena (Female).

Grade/Occupation: English teacher at the school.
Description: She has waist-length, curly black hair and purple eyes framed with thin glasses. To school she has to dress the part of a teacher so she wears the normal teacher attire, but outside of school she would rather wear more interesting clothes. A normal outfit for her would be black pants, a purple tank top and a black trench coat. Silver horns adorn the top of her head and scaled black wings jut from her back.
Personality: She's supportive of her students and loves to help them in any way she can short of cheating. She believes in love at first sight, and she thinks it might have already happened.
History: She's one half dragon demon and one half moon maiden. This means she has power over fire and darkness. She lived in Makai for a long time until Koenma offered her this job. At the time she still had something holding her back. That something was her brother. He still wanted to protect his younger sister no matter how well she could handle a sword. To keep her there her brother was willing to do the unthinkable. He was going to kill her. He would rather keep her to himself than have her leave. He lured her away from the other and attacked her with his sword, but she brought hers up to defend. Her brother was crazed and desperate so his swings were wild and predictable. Soon she had him in the kill position (he was ,sadly, the weakest demon in the village) but he still got up and tried to kill her through treachery. He wounded her, leaving a scar on her upper arm, before she ran him through with a sword, crying. She had to leave then. Her village was a very sexist village. They would never believe her so she started working at the school three years ago.

Description: Yuki has brown hair that shines beautifully in the sunlight. Her hair reaches the middle of her back. Her skin is a bit pale, but covers it up with long sleeved shirts that are colorful and festive. She likes to wear long pants that are somewhat baggy.
Personality: Yuki is kind and generous towards others. She is also shy sometimes but gets angry when provoked. She can seem a bit eccentric at rare times but likes to fit in with others as well. Yuki is unpredictable most days.
History: Yuki lives with her mother and little sister. Her father died in a car accident along with her elder brother. Now, her mother is always off on business trips and can't stay with Yuki and her little sister. Therefore, Yuki has lived a life without the needed amount of support from her parents, or in her case, parent. Yuki, though, has kept a positive view about her life. She beleives that her hard work will, someday, pay off.

It was the first day of school and many students could be seen arriving at Kintawa High School. In cars, vans, bikes, on foot and limo.

Speaking of which, a limousine pulled up in front of the school, Kirei Hiwata stepping out of it. Her silver hair shone brightly in the sunlight as she waved to her chauffer. She watched the limo drive away before laying her silver eyes on the school. Sigh... Two more years before I'm out of here... I wonder who else came back here? she thinks, stepping onto campus and heading towards the building.


Arriving on foot with another girl, Genkai could be seen heading towards the school. Her hair was worn in its usual braid, swaying slightly with every step she took forward. She was chatting with an equally soft spoken girl of light blue hair and crimson eyes.


Yukina happened to be that girl. Her crimson gaze would briefly lock onto that of a chocolate brown one as she chatted with Genkai. They bother walked together due to the fact that they both lived together. Neither had parents yet Genkai had been left the temple that had once belonged to her deceased parents and the two lived in it, Genkai having invited Yukina to stay with her when her mother had died of a heart failure.


Her eyes then caught the silvery glare that came from Kirei's moonlight locks. Tapping her ice maiden friend on the shoulder, she motioned to the older girl that was already on the school campus. She smiled before calling to the junior, having been friends with her last year.

"Kirei sempai! Ohayoo gozaimasu!" she called, running to her while pulling her friend with her.


Hearing her name being called by a familiar voice, she turned to see the pink haired freshman she had befriended last year. A smile made its way to her lips as she waved back.

"Ohayoo, Genkai chan." she caught sight of a new girl being dragged by her pink haired friend. The two underclassmen soon reached her and she asked: "Who is your new friend?"


Yukina bowed, introducing herself as she did. "My name is Yukina, very nice to meet you, Kirei sempai."


"She's a friend of mine who now lives with me. Over the summer, her mother had passed away due to heart failure... Now she lives with me and this will be her first year in Kintawa High School." replied Genkai.


"Is that so, I'm very sorry to hear that." a sober expression had come across her face. "Don't worry about anything. I'll help you with any trouble you have in school. This is will be my third year in this school, after all." she continued with a smile. "And please, call me Kirei chan. Though I love using formalities, I hate to be addressed as such." she sweat dropped slightly.

"Anyway, shall we get going? You can have a tour of the school before it starts." she suggested.


"Hai, arigatou gozaimasu." she says, another formal bow of gratefulness.


"Your welcome." she said before the began towards the school building again, Kirei pointing out things that would be important for the new Freshman to know about.

Hiei sat on the school's rooftop looking down at the others entering, he was wearing a black beanie that had an eyeball stitch on the front of it. His clothes were a white turtleneck (with a dragon print on the arms) with a long sleeveless black jacket over it and black jeans, black shoes and black fingerless gloves. "Hn...seems there's no one interesting enough here... i'll probably spend all my time at the movies or something." He laid back on the roof, "Who knows..."
