into this beautiful new house. Definitely beats my old apt, and now I have roommates that I love (they're my classmates).

Not when I'm paying the same price in a crappy apartment as in this beautiful house.
I also don't have to listen to people stomping on the floor from upstairs, and I don't have to put up with 50 mexicans on one side, and crazy "we-have-parties-every-night" black people.
