anyone can post an informal meeting but only mine are manditory

i have been asked to organize a meeting with generals (vice captains) and officers (crew). i will be available for this meeting the weekend of October 10th. problem is setting a date for many of us have jobs and schooling. so i am shooting for next Saturday Oct 11 at 9 pm EST. please we need all officers and generals. if you do not attend, you will be at risk of demotion.

well there can't be a real meeting without a speaker i guess. my computer gave me last minute troubles. it overheated and was not loading any website right. it's still giving me a problem but i gotta at least inform you all that it was my bad. honestly i don't know when i am gonna be able to but for all those who even looked at this page, thank you. i am sorry for the inconvenience it is was inconvenient for me too.
