Well, he'd really done it now. He'd grown all up and had to face leaving the foster home he was so comfortable with and get to know a whole new group of temeos and in a really, really different setting.
JadeTum faked being being big, brave, and unafraid---but the fact was that he was terrified. He didn't know what the expect, and he was quite certain he was going to be hunted, eaten, or ---worse ever!--- ignored, ridiculed, and made an awful slave with no cookies for the rest of his life!
Yeah, he'd listened to Atreyu's version of what was going to happen way, way too much.
Jade's footsteps grew slower and heavier as he approached, and he began to slink a little. Oh, he was not looking forward to this--- What if all the other temeos were sleeping or in the middle of some ritual or something and didn't want to be disturbed!?!

Haruhi and Mist had been going for a walk. They weren't entirely sure what they should be doing at the moment but they hoped to learn soon.
Turning her head to scan the area Haruhi's eye brows raised slightly as she spotted a light green wild not to far off. Unsure if he was an enemy of friend the looked back over to her sister and prodded her should sharply and pointed with her tails "Look over there!"
Mist who had been in somewhat of a daze looked over confused "What?" Seeing the wild her sister had been pointing to she stopped walking and stared at the figure that got closer, it seemed oddly familiar.

First JadeTum's ears perked up, then the rest of his body as he tried to take both of his pack buddies' best friends' advice. Be calm, be steady, and be strong, look bold, brave, and daring, and look like you're scary so that nothing else could be scarier than you.
He looked like a frightened temeo trying to be brave, big, and bad--maybe like a kitten hissing at a big labrador dog. Cute, yet entirely ineffective unless the dog was a complete sissy.
He didn't stray off his course, which was right to the sisters, but when he finally spotted them (he was a little blind-sighted by his own fear), he stopped short entirely.
His pa--his friends had said to not run. One had said be friendly and submissive. One had said to be mean and nasty. Uhm, oh--uh--which to choose? Instead of either, he stared dumbly at the two, entirely forgetting his lessons about how one wild temeo greeted another.
After an whole, big, long eternity (which totaled to be about four seconds) of that, JadeTum finally lifted a paw in a silent wave-type of greeting he'd learned from the human that had raised him.

Momiji watched from off to the side. He'd been takin a nap and had woken not to long ago, before any of the wilds came about though. He saw as a new green male entered the pack grounds and Haruhi, who he'd met with before in his childhood breifly, and Mist, an old friend- yet he wasn't sure if they still were, approach the green male. Momiji wasn't far from the male either, right next to him actually, his was kind of surprised that the newcomer didn't notice him. He looked back over at the femmes and smiled, "Dun worry gals, this one over here is now threat" he glanced back over at the green one, who was obviously scared.

As the heeded over in his direction Haruhi giggled at JadeTum's behavior, It wasn't in a mean way though she just found it rather cute it seemed he didn't have a lot of experience with the whole thing. Flicking her ears focusing now on the gesture he made she remembered her owner did that a lot when greeting others. Understanding she lowered her head before bringing it back up grinning. Looking over as Momiji approached them she gave him a curt nod "Yes, he seems to be no great threat."
Mist nodded as she came up behind Haruhi. Giving Momiji and Jadetum a quick bow of the head she turned to address the light green male. "Did you get lost while traveling or did you happen to come here to join the pack?" even though her face was straight she was rather excited about meeting the new wild, it had been awhile since she had met someone from outside her normal group of friends.

JadeTum had taken several steps back at the approach of the other temeo, but stopped when he was doing it, "I---I, uhm---was supposed to join?" He asked uncertainly, and then straightened, his next words flying out a mile a minute. "I.mean.if.that's.ok. If.not,that's.ok.too. Icango."
Really, why---why would they want some new kid coming in and messing up all of their ways anyhow? He took another step back, but this time stepped on a twig that snapped under his foot--JadeTum jumped, spinning around and backing away from THAT sound, and nearly bumped into Mist. Then he slowly---slowly turned back around to face her, embarrassment written all across his face. "I, uhm---I'm not used to being out."
