1. Be nice to all the players. Don't kill their characters without the players permission or make rude/snide comments. We are all here to have fun so play nice.
2. Please no godmoding.
3. No spamming or flaming allowed.
4. Please don't use asteriks. You are allowed to use (( )) when talking out of character. But that is the only time they should be used.
5. I have no rule against how long the posts are. Post length can be to whatever style you like. Such as Para RP or just a simple two sentences. All I ask is that you are literate and don't use text talk.
6. No cybering. Sexual encounters are allowed but make sure they are PG13. The same goes for violence.
7. Please no repetitive character bashing. It can hurt the player just as much as the character.
8. Please don't post the role plays in the main forum. I will delete them if you do. Post them only in the sub forums. If there isn't a sub forum for the role play you want. Let me (Wesley) know and I will make you one.
9. I will go by a three strikes rule. Which means if you break the rules I will send you a warning. After three you are banned from the guild.
10. Crew members, there will be no banning of any guild member without a crew discussion in the Member Banning page. If you are caught banning people without discussing it with the rest of the crew you will be demoted and banned immediately. I will not tolerate unreasonable banning. You will have to explain yourself.
11. When joining the guild make sure to add in the reasons box the sentence 'sky pirate's rule' so I know you read the rules.
12. Please follow the TOS.
13. Make sure you post a profile for you OC in the OC character list thread.
14. Please wait for everyone in the game to get a chance to reply. There have been some concerns with people posting too fast and not giving others time to react. Everyone has things they need to do so please respect those who can't post as often.
15. Moderators word is god. If you were told to stop doing something from a moderator you have to listen to them. No exceptions.
16. To join a game you must request the character first.There is one exception to this rule. Which is if you spoke to someone before opening the thread about being one of the characters in your game, you can automatically add them to your list in the first post. That is the only time they will not have to request to play that character. The same thing will work in reverse. If you are on the list to play a character and you do not want to be. You must tell the owner of the thread or a mod to get your name removed so others are allowed to ask for the character.
17. Do not jump into any game without asking. There was problems with this in the past.
18. If you want to leave the game you must state you are leaving so a mod can temporarily fill the position until we find a replacement.
New rules get added when I feel they become necessary. I will send a guild announcement to inform members of the changes.
