Full grown, adult, an adult! Tearh was so happy she could nearly howl with the excitement she felt in her heart. her mother was an alpha, and Tearh was so, so proud of her. Swaying her tail as she made her way through the underbrush she smiled feeling the wind gently push at the ridgeback fur upon her head and back. Just like her father, her eyes too, she was a perfect mix of her mother and father.

Nabu'na had let the other wander around here. Since the gathering everything seemed alright. Even Philokiss seemed well settled though Nabu'na knew better, knew that Philokiss still longed for the one he had not seen in so many moons. He himself was bounding over fallen logs and weaving through the trees no problem, a smile upon his maw. Yes, this was a wondrous place indeed.

"I wonder if that means Ill be an alpha too one day, wouldn't that be grand! Ghilt would be so jealous," she said with a snicker as she walked calmly, paws clamoring against the ground like rhythm of a distant drum. Everything seemed peaceful here though she remembered that strange wolfess she and her brother had met when she was a pup. Quite strange indeed.

Nabu'na stopped short when he heard the voice of another nearby, unlike Phaelin or Dinili's voice. He smiled, took a few more stories and stepped into an open clearing surrounded by trees and underbrush. He watched her, gave a chuckle, "Afternoon Tearh, enjoying the sun?" he asked with a quirked brow, seeing that she had come into adulthood with an impressive ridgeback mane, a feature of her ancestors.

Tearh laughed lightly and gave a grin, stuck out her tongue, "What if I am? What if I'm enjoying today? Lookat my fur Nabu'na," she said happily making a turn where she was standing. Nabu'na aways seemed so formal all the time, especially around Philokiss, so it was nice to see him out on his own without anyone else following him. "Mine's almost like yours."

Nabu'na chuckled and shook his head, white fur falling into his view, "Its nice, not quite as nice as mine, though, who's to judge?" he said with another chuckle, sitting on his haunches, giving a yawn. "What, besides your ridge of fur, has you off on your own? Is your brother close by? He's usually always at your side," he said matter of factly, for it was quite true.

"What, afraid he'll tackle you for getting too close in proximity to me hnn?" Tearh said sticking out her tongue again. If her mother, Rage, knew of her antics, she would be in such trouble for acting in such a childish way towards Nabu'na. Nabu'na was, after all, an alpha as well, not a leader of this pack, but a leader of his wolves..who were now a part of their pack. Hnn...

"Would I appear any lesser of a wolf to you if I said yes? Your brother is rather protective of you as well as your family, which is quite understandable," he wondered though, if she knew about her mark, her mother's mark. But he believed it would be best to not bring it up now. "Well then, to keep tension low and off from high, would you like to join me Tearh for a walk on the beach?" perhaps Philokiss would be there, and he might tell her of the mark she wore upon her chest.

Tearh flashed a grin of her fangs and nodded, "Of course, as long as your a gentleman sir Nabu'na," she said with a goofy tone in her voice. She took a few steps, hopped over a log and smiled, swaying her tail as she went along figuring he would follow. Of course, the beach was not too far away at all, perhaps i would be nice to soak in the sun for a bit indeed.

Nabu'na chuckled again and followed Tearh as she went, just nodding at her comment. She certainly was a silly female, though she was young, so she was entitled to act how she pleased though he figured as she would grow older her mother might have a thing or two to say about her outward behavior towards others. "How have you and your brother Ghilt been? Still hanging around with Redlea and Lous and Kia?"

"We've been well," Tearh said while letting her paws step onto the sandy shore, her tongue lolled out of her jaw as she enjoyed the view, it was beautiful, truly beautiful. Her ears perked forward at the sounds of the waves against the sandy shore and she sat back on her haunches, closing her eyes, soaking in the sun that cascaded down upon them both. "He's, Ghilt, made a new friend, a female with longer fur like us, but different, quite the interesting character. Redlea has been hanging about with Kia and his sister, Lous is as she always is...hyper," she said with a giggle.

Nabu'na rattled his memory and vaguely remembered a white and red pelted female wolfess with longer bunches of fur coming from atop her head, and he smiled. It seemed like longer fur was not as rare as those in he lost valley had believed. "Thats nice though, meeting others, making friends, it is indeed what led me and my friends here. They do enjoy this area very much, a couple of them had never seen the sea before."

"Really? Well, I'm sure that they are glad that you met my mother and father, for they would ahve missed out on witnessing such a beautiful thing," Tearh said simply, opening her eyes, turning her head to look at Nabu'na beside her, "Don't you think? I mean, for those wolves that live in mountains or flatlands, I wonder if any of them travel to see the sea."

Nabu'na eyes softened and he nodded, smiled at her, "Yes, indeed, quite beautiful." He peered out towards hte rolling waves himself, relishing in the sound and soothing feeling it created within him. Yes, this place was perfect,, quite nice, though deep down, he indeed missed the valley as well. Nabu'na wondered if Rage and Tearh's father had not left the valley, if Tearh would have been born there, if they would have met there, she and him. "I'm not sure, but if they don't, they should."

Tearh smiled at him, and looked out towards hte ocean again, watched as the light glinted off from its forever moving and changing surface, the breeze that filled her nose carried the salty scent of the water, but she grew up knowing it, grew up around it, all within it. "They should, they definitely should," then perhaps she would meet others as well, make more friends. Who knew, perhaps, even she, like her mother, would become an alpha one day. Yes...an alpha.

For a teen recently coming into adulthood Tearh was very smart and friendly, which Nabu'na thought was amazing, and quite fitting. Her personality and attitude were perfect, he smiled while in her company. Truly coming here was one of the best wrong turns he had taken, wrong, but made right. Oh yes, everything in the end would be alright.
