Hacking is where people sit there and figure out your password and steal your items and/or your account.
In scamming typically speaking they find a way to get your password. Like using a site that asked for your username and password.

hmmm that makes sense but its still hacking I think if they find a way to get your pw and its all a scam. LOL I'm on the fence on this one.
