I have tried to make so many comic topics.
Butttttt Apparently my skills are lacking.
I have to make copies of avis so I can draw them.
I don't know if I want to doodle them, or full-fledged draw them..

1. I dunno what to make it about
2. I dunno what avis to put in;
I don't wanna leave people out.
3. I can't seem to draw them right..

Doodly comics are cute.
When I was little, I used to draw comics a lot. They were all godawful retarded. When I finally realized that, I pretty much stopped trying to draw/write them. I think it's about time I try again, though.
Maybe we should make a doodle/comic theme of the week for TRPers to do. That might be fun. surprised

Your art doesn't have to be wtfawesome to make a great comic.

This has some of the most awful art in a comic ever. The writing? Is HILARIOUS. And THAT'S what makes it a fantastic comic.

Sure you can have awesome art like Fred Perry, or Fred Gallagher, or Tycho and Gabe, or such, but you're always going to need decent writing to make a great comic.
Art doesn't make it alone. It can help, but it's not going to make bad writing into a good comic. smile
Whereas amazing writing can make bad art into an AWESOME comic. biggrin
