o noes.
Atleast my guild didn't actually disband. We're currently stuck on the Twins now, even though we had them on farm. No M'uru attempts this week gg. least my friends are happy... they're both rogues, so it's insanely difficult to find a guild, nonetheless one accepting two. And one with terrible luck on vanq shoulders.. :[

Plus we'd be ditching our friends that we had xfer for pvp etc. D: s**t, my transfer wasn't even cooled until today. sweatdrop Thanks, I think our main problem is we're doing reverse strat and all of us are relearning instead of the 2 new recruits. D:

D: The secret to reverse strat is getting everyone to stand on the edge clumped up together real tight :3... We did reverse for our first kill. It's a pain trying to get the DPS to run away from the group when they have conflag... Then having to deal with people who can't stay in a group tight causing us to get shadow nova stunned @_@

It didnt actually disband, we're just not going to raid anymore. The raid leader has called it quits for all of us. (Which just happend friday night, and I wouldnt be supprised to log in and find about half the guild planning on leaving in order to keep raiding)
kek, this has happened to me before, in the same guild actually, almost the same situation. People ******** off and there are just no replacements available that dont involve farming BT FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES. Which no one wants to do. Because then you're miserable. And its a game, games arent supposed to be miserable sad

Me too.
You'd think it wouldn't be hard to find people that want to be in a BT guild. Is it?
I mean I know we have a lot of trouble recruiting casual raiders who couldn't just go to THE casual raiding guild on the server and be doing SSC/TK every second night, whereas we do Kara, and are starting ZA/Gruul's (ZOMG FIRST GRUULS RAID TONIGHT I AM SO ******** STOKED)...once a week, with Kara sometimes on weekdays. lul ><

We were in SWP, not BT, thats the problem. And SWP is much more of a gear check than BT ever was. So when we were trying to recruit, we were getting people with like Kara/T4/T5 and no one with gear our level really. We were in a really weird spot as well which didnt make it very easy. All the guilds behind us were quite far behind, and all the guilds ahead were quite far ahead. So no one from a top guild is going to apply for a lesser guild (obviously) but we didnt want to take people from the guilds behind us for fear of neverending BT runs in order for them to be any use in SWP.
