We have a new Vice-Captain!

I am pleased to announce that
Lady Tora
has officially been named Vice-Captain of the Official Gaia Geisha Guild!

I'm sure you all will join me in congratulating her on her new post. She has earned this honor through her continuing work and participation in the Guild. I'd like to remind all that she is to be accorded the same respect as myself and can be contacted on any subject in my stead if I am slow in replying or unable to do so.
