Just in case you haven't heard, the Darkrai event is coming this weekend: March 31st and June 1st.
It's happening at Toys 'R' Us chains across the country from 12pm to 4pm.
According to Serebii, "The Darkrai given is identical to the one that was given at the 10th movie in Japan last year and as such cannot be put on the GTS due to its Classic Ribbon."
In addition Darkrai will come with both Dialga and Palkia's special moves: Roar of Time and Special Rend.

It's a pretty basic event; you just go there and download it yourself. You get it as a delivery at a pokemart, so you can keep resetting for better IVs.

The personality phrases can give you a hint as to which stat may have 31.

ALAMOSE is the town in the movie where dialga and palkia do battle, thats why it knows both their signature moves.
